GBBetterSafeRadio is No Ka Oi (the best)!! My radios arrived quickly. As a newcomer to GMRS I have had many, many newbie questions that I'm sure can annoy old hands. Mark is TOP NOTCH and answers all questions promptly and very accurately. He's also not judgmental at all, my questions are pretty basic stuff. I really, really appreciate his patience. You can't do better than BetterSafeRadio.

GBActually had to hold delivery of my new… Actually had to hold delivery of my new radios, as we were planning a trip. One e-mail, and the next day a e-mail confirming my request came. Arrived home earlier than planned, sent an e-mail, and next day had a shipping confirmation. This is a small company with tons of knowledge about the products they sell, and a pleasure to deal with!!!

GBI ordered a Wouxun KG-UV9PX HAM from… I ordered a Wouxun KG-UV9PX HAM from BSR. It arrived well packaged and in excellent shape. I was able to use CHIRP and my FTDI USB to Serial cable to load in local repeaters. I had a technical question for Mark at 10:00A this morning and he responded by 1:00P with the correct answer. That's just great service. The HT is easy to use. It is full quieting into local repeaters. I was able to make a 2M simplex contact 30 miles away with a station running 50W and an antenna up 40'. Pretty impressive. BSR is not Amazon. That's a good thing in my book. Pay attention to the product specific lead times on the BSR web site before you order and you won't be disappointed.

GBBSR is the best I’ve seen. Mark and crew are the best communicators I have ever seen. As I leave this he was emailing me a response to a question at 2:15am. I love my SHTF Wouxon’s and use them weekly. Way better thank guessing on radios and fake equipment at other retailers.
