Great customer service My experience with this company was made great by the customer service I received. Initially, the young lady I spoke to was not very knowledgeable about the product, but she did find somebody who was and provide me with guidance. She also sent me an email regarding the modifications that had to be made to the new part prior to installation. This was most helpful and made my job successful.

Wrong part, no response to email I bought two lightbulbs listed on the invoice as W10565137 which is a 3.8W bulb. What arrived were W113338583 which is a 5W bulb. I've sent an email To Repair Parts Inc / Air Filter Factory about the problem and had no response other than this request for a review. (If I could give 0 stars or negative stars, I would. That will change if I get a response to my email. I hope I do.)
