4 stars for Air Filter Factory, 0 stars for USPS The parts I needed were available and shipped by Air Filter Factory. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is due to delays by USPS. The package sat in Ohio for 3+ business days before being sent on. Still have not received the parts in California 10 days after we were notified that they were shipped.

Parts in stock and immediately shipped Ordered a part early in the morning, before open of business, and received an email 8:45 AM that it had already been shipped, with tracking number!. When the part if for a refrigerator, you don't want any delays, and this company excels.
