Important part of my morning routine! Since I developed a winterdip I've searched remedies to get me through these wintermonths. Besides taking sufficient amounts of Vitamin D, and taking light therapies, the AYO is part of my morning routine. The moment I wake up and wash my face I put on the glasses and make myself a coffee and breakfast. When I'm done with my coffee and breakfast the glasses turn off by themselves and I'm ready for the day. It's a comfortable and easy to use product that is beneficial for a positive and good start of the day. Good support when you have questions too. Highly recommended!

AYO quickly replaced my new pair of glasses when I had some issues. They are very responsive to my questions with how to use the app and the emails about sleep are very useful.
