GBExcellent customer service I have delayed sleep phase syndrome and am using my glasses to move my schedule up with my sleep doctor’s advice. AYO quickly replaced my new pair of glasses when I had some issues. They are very responsive to my questions with how to use the app and the emails about sleep are very useful.

GBI just got my unit and have tried them… I just got my unit and have tried them twice today. Nice blue light, I am waiting to feel better, only have used them twice in a single day. The data says it may take 14 days to get full benefit so I cannot comment yet.

GBI am now on my 3rd pair of glasses I am now on my 3rd pair of glasses from AYO. It's been a great experience in general (mostly just issues with the app) and the glasses really help when the days get shorter. Every time I have had to reach out to their support team I get a response within 24 hours and from someone who knows what they are talking about. I always get my issues resolved and quickly.

DEBest customer service Best customer service The service received from AYO was exceptional. I purchased my replacement AYO as after 8 years I managed to break the old mini usb loading plug and I had an upcoming trip. All effort (including extra shipping cost paid by AYO) was made to ensure I received my device with time to prepare and I received personalized tracking information making sured it arrived in time!
