Which I did, I received a response from their "support" telling me they canceled my subscription along with a paragraph talking about how they don't let you cancel yourself because security or whatever. Still getting charged.

After I was done with the videos and quiz, the process of getting the certificate of completion required another phone call to customer service. Customer Serv was great and handled the issues but it was frustrating to have to make those calls…
