I sent in my Google Pixel 6a I sent in my Google Pixel 6a in flawless condition. Had the phone since in a case since day 1 which was August of 2023. I get an email telling me that there are light yet noticeable scratches on the screen. How is that possible when I had a screen protector on it until I took it off just before I sent the phone to them. Then they lowball me by just under half of the original quote. I double/triple checked that screen & not 1 scratch was on there. From what I'm reading from other reviews, this isn't an isolated incident

Great business! Buyback made the process for selling my iPhone super easy. Payment was made very fast. I had zero complaints. They actually paid me more money than they initially offered.

I was quoted $350 for my two iPhones I was quoted $350 for my two iPhones. The submission process was easy however Buyback Boss lowered my offer to $112 total, claiming battery issues with both phones and a cracked lens on one. I never had any issues with the phones. I declined their offer and they raised it to $185. I declined again and they raised it to $199. I again declined and they returned the phones. I subsequently traded them into Apple and they paid me the full quoted price of $375. The company was very responsive and quickly returned my phones so I’m giving them 3 stars despite not using them.

The trade in process was easy The trade in process was easy. Where I got a pre paid label and they evaluated my device within couple days and deposited money via bank transfer. They are definitely trustworthy and I will consider them again for any trade ins I have in the future.

I didn’t agree with my offer once they received my phones and they were more than happy to explain why and add photos. Very trustworthy and fair. I also love supporting small business over big corporate companies. I hope this company can continue to provide excellent service. Thanks so much! I’m able to have a week of groceries now :)
