The entire process, especially shipping was seamless and straightforward. Got my payment within 48 hours and the price quote stayed the exact same. Will be "spinning the block" (as the kids say) very soon 😂 Nobody's touching Buyback Boss' process with a 10 foot pole! Would recommend them to anyone that's selling a device.

Highest buy back value with a personal touch… They are the best in buy back value when compared multiple other companies. In my case by mistake I sent out locked phone and when I wanted the phone back to unlock it they sent the phone back free of cost. I really liked the way they are doing business.

I sent in my Google Pixel 6a I sent in my Google Pixel 6a in flawless condition. Had the phone since in a case since day 1 which was August of 2023. I get an email telling me that there are light yet noticeable scratches on the screen. How is that possible when I had a screen protector on it until I took it off just before I sent the phone to them. Then they lowball me by just under half of the original quote. I double/triple checked that screen & not 1 scratch was on there. From what I'm reading from other reviews, this isn't an isolated incident

Total sham, in my opinion not a reputable company Total sham, I would stay away. Did not honor online price. After I sent the iPhone 14 Pro was contacted and offered $352 instead of the quoted price $607. I was told there were "heavy" scratches on the phone. The phone has never been used without a case. I produced pictures of the phone before it was sent in and the online quote for the $607. More excuses were emailed and they kept trying to negotiate on the price. Regardless, I had no faith in them and requested the phone be returned. Finally, after weeks the phone was returned but without the original box and accessories. Horrible experience and I would not trust them.

I really appreciated the honesty of… I really appreciated the honesty of Buyback Boss in valuing my iPad higher than I originally estimated. And I also appreciated the prompt issuance of the payment to me. I will use them again and will recommend to others.
