The entire process, especially shipping was seamless and straightforward. Got my payment within 48 hours and the price quote stayed the exact same. Sell with confidence I have used other sites before but I noticed those sites were sketchy at best so I pulled the trigger on Buyback Boss and I am very happy how it turned out. Their communication is amazing and they offered very good prices for both my Apple Watch Ultra and my Samsung Galaxy Tab S8. The payout was much quicker than expected and it turns out my tablet was in better condition than what I stated so the payout was more than offered based on my rating. I will definitely use their services again even if they don't offer the highest price.

Great Customer Service and Good Rates After using Buyback Boss a couple of times, I would definitely use them again when I have another device to sell. Their rates are very fair and are a bit better than others I researched, and the customer service is very responsive. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it took ~10 days for my payment to be processed (after I sent an email to find out what the status was) even though the website says payment will be sent within 5-7 days. But, once I reached out, I was paid immediately and the payment process was simple. Overall, my experience with BuyBack boss was very positive.

UPDATE FOR : Was offered less than half of the… Was offered less than half of the original estimate. They claimed it had light scratches (I beg to differ) but enough to half the offer? I stupidly accepted the low ball amount because I didn’t want the hassle of having it returned to me. When my payment came in, they deducted an additional fee. WTH? UPDATE: I was contacted by BuyBackBoss with an apology and an offer for some additional compensation for my phone. Much more in line with what other companies were originally offering. I appreciated the lengthy explanation I was given. They do seem to care about pleasing their customers.
