Great Customer Service and Good Rates After using Buyback Boss a couple of times, I would definitely use them again when I have another device to sell. Their rates are very fair and are a bit better than others I researched, and the customer service is very responsive. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it took ~10 days for my payment to be processed (after I sent an email to find out what the status was) even though the website says payment will be sent within 5-7 days. But, once I reached out, I was paid immediately and the payment process was simple. Overall, my experience with BuyBack boss was very positive.

I sent in my Google Pixel 6a I sent in my Google Pixel 6a in flawless condition. Had the phone since in a case since day 1 which was August of 2023. I get an email telling me that there are light yet noticeable scratches on the screen. How is that possible when I had a screen protector on it until I took it off just before I sent the phone to them. Then they lowball me by just under half of the original quote. I double/triple checked that screen & not 1 scratch was on there. From what I'm reading from other reviews, this isn't an isolated incident

I didn’t agree with my offer once they received my phones and they were more than happy to explain why and add photos. Very trustworthy and fair. Super Fast and Honest Service I went online to receive a quote for an iPad Air 4. The quote was the best of several I received. I also got a bonus offer making it irresistible. I received my shipping label via email, packed it up and sent it off. In several days I was notified that the inspection was complete and matched my description and that a deposit would be made by that evening. It was the fastest, simplest trade in transaction i have ever done. And the communication was outstanding. They even followed up to make sure all went well with the deposit.
