Who does that in today’s day and age…….NOBODY They followed up with a sincere customer service letter and have been very very easy to communicate with. I’m usually very Leary of these types of companies but this time around for me personally was an exception to my rule!

Your best option to sell defvices I’ve been selling used Apple devices for years. I started using Gazelle as many people do but found smaller business often give better pricing. I tried using a smaller firm for a few years. Trade in values were better but customer services wasn’t great. I’d send the device and not hear for weeks. Once they lost my device. So I tried BuyBackBoss and was pleasantly surprised. I’ve been using them exclusively since. They offer the better trade-ins but have excellent customer service. They communicate with you the whole way so you know exactly where you are. Sometimes the trade is lower is my device is not as good as I thought but sometimes its higher if I was too “harsh” in my own assessment. Very fair.

Highest buy back value with a personal touch… They are the best in buy back value when compared multiple other companies. In my case by mistake I sent out locked phone and when I wanted the phone back to unlock it they sent the phone back free of cost. I really liked the way they are doing business.

Great Customer Service and Good Rates After using Buyback Boss a couple of times, I would definitely use them again when I have another device to sell. Their rates are very fair and are a bit better than others I researched, and the customer service is very responsive. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it took ~10 days for my payment to be processed (after I sent an email to find out what the status was) even though the website says payment will be sent within 5-7 days. But, once I reached out, I was paid immediately and the payment process was simple. Overall, my experience with BuyBack boss was very positive.
