Sell with confidence I have used other sites before but I noticed those sites were sketchy at best so I pulled the trigger on Buyback Boss and I am very happy how it turned out. Their communication is amazing and they offered very good prices for both my Apple Watch Ultra and my Samsung Galaxy Tab S8. The payout was much quicker than expected and it turns out my tablet was in better condition than what I stated so the payout was more than offered based on my rating. I will definitely use their services again even if they don't offer the highest price.

UPDATE FOR : Was offered less than half of the… Was offered less than half of the original estimate. They claimed it had light scratches (I beg to differ) but enough to half the offer? I stupidly accepted the low ball amount because I didn’t want the hassle of having it returned to me. When my payment came in, they deducted an additional fee. WTH? UPDATE: I was contacted by BuyBackBoss with an apology and an offer for some additional compensation for my phone. Much more in line with what other companies were originally offering. I appreciated the lengthy explanation I was given. They do seem to care about pleasing their customers.

Total sham, in my opinion not a reputable company Total sham, I would stay away. Did not honor online price. After I sent the iPhone 14 Pro was contacted and offered $352 instead of the quoted price $607. I was told there were "heavy" scratches on the phone. The phone has never been used without a case. I produced pictures of the phone before it was sent in and the online quote for the $607. More excuses were emailed and they kept trying to negotiate on the price. Regardless, I had no faith in them and requested the phone be returned. Finally, after weeks the phone was returned but without the original box and accessories. Horrible experience and I would not trust them.

In several days I was notified that the inspection was complete and matched my description and that a deposit would be made by that evening. I sent in my Google Pixel 6a I sent in my Google Pixel 6a in flawless condition. Had the phone since in a case since day 1 which was August of 2023. I get an email telling me that there are light yet noticeable scratches on the screen. How is that possible when I had a screen protector on it until I took it off just before I sent the phone to them. Then they lowball me by just under half of the original quote. I double/triple checked that screen & not 1 scratch was on there. From what I'm reading from other reviews, this isn't an isolated incident
