UPDATE FOR : Was offered less than half of the… Was offered less than half of the original estimate. They claimed it had light scratches (I beg to differ) but enough to half the offer? I stupidly accepted the low ball amount because I didn’t want the hassle of having it returned to me. When my payment came in, they deducted an additional fee. WTH? UPDATE: I was contacted by BuyBackBoss with an apology and an offer for some additional compensation for my phone. Much more in line with what other companies were originally offering. I appreciated the lengthy explanation I was given. They do seem to care about pleasing their customers.

Not only was there upfront quote more than I anticipated but the actual amount that was deposited into my checking account was significantly more than I expected! Who does that in today’s day and age…….NOBODY They followed up with a sincere customer service letter and have been very very easy to communicate with. I’m usually very Leary of these types of companies but this time around for me personally was an exception to my rule!

Excellent service Having looked at Trustpilot before choosing Buyback Boss (BB), I can wholeheartedly support the excellent reviews. BB made the whole transaction easy and communicated via email and text each step of the way. To my surprise and pleasure, the actual payback was higher than they quoted.
