GBGood service Hi, I appreciate the prompt response and my previous problem has been resolved. However, I wonder if it's normal the machine keeps the humidity around 30 degree mostly but my goal is 50 while I set the AUTO model in a 250 sqft bedroom.

GBTerrible Quality Control I ordered the black LW25 Comfort plus, it arrived quickly but when I opened it and tried it for the first time it leaked from the bottom. Support seemed to know of the issue and the only good experience I've had so far with this company was how quickly the lady helped me on the phone. So I finally get my replacement and it's the wrong color(white) and wrong model(regular LW25). Still currently waiting for my 2nd replacement, at least I got my refund after 20 days...

GBGood experience for the most part Venta used to offer a 10 year warranty for their humidifiers, but now only offers a 2 year warranty. This drastic decrease in warranty support may have implications about their product or business practices. Received my LW45, filled it up (note that the water line can be considered vague unless someone has looked through the manual) but it didn’t start initially after pressing the power button, and I had to open it up and plug in a loose cord. Fortunately, working on Venta humidifiers is an intuitive & easy task. Seems to work fine and does what it’s supposed to do. The sound it makes is strangely calming.

GBI am happy with Venta I am happy with the product. This makes the fourth airwasher. The ordering process was quick and easy. Delivery time and updates were great as well.
