So far, disappointment I received the request to provide a review and rating 6 days after I placed the order, which implies that I should have received my fan by now. It is now 10 days after my order placement, and I have not received the fan, nor have I received notification that the fan has shipped. I give a 1-star rating because there is no option to give a 0-star rating.

the Heater worked exactly two weeks and… the Heater worked exactly two weeks and stopped dead and hasn't worked since! I have tried everything an no success getting it working. I have tried to reach the company several times and without being able to reach anyone.I need to return this item for replacement ASAP!
