USBad website. Bad checkout experience. The fact that you are an IT equipment provider and you can't upgrade your systems without wiping out everyone's password is sad. Then, the password change process was confusing since I am constantly prompted to change the password, which I did a few times before realizing that it was changed and I was already signed into my account. Very unintuitive. Then I made a Paypal purchase, went through the motions and ended up back at the start and had to go through the motions again. You have the worst checkout process I've ever seen and your shipping prices are ridiculous for a 1 ft piece of wire.

USEasy to search products Easy to search products, order and pay. The only thing I was also looking for I couldn't locate were DB9 & DB 25 null adaptors not cables. Otherwise great site.

USChanges to the website Changes to the website Ever since the update, it has been inconvenient in check out. It would be great if you allowed an additional line for a PO # or release # like the previous site had so I do not have to edit the address every time I order.
