Great Products, But Checkout Flawed Finding the items that were required was fairly easy. The frustrating part was the checkout process. I attempted to "place order" and had to enter the billing address and credit card information at least three (3) times.

Have to wait until morning to cancel… Have to wait until morning to cancel order that has not shipped in 4 days and because I decided a different product is better suited to my needs. With my luck, it will probably ship before I can cancel.

I would like an easier way to estimate… I would like an easier way to estimate shipping charges, so I know if is worthwhile to either check out, or add more items to my order to achieve free shipping. Also, two items I wanted have been discontinued. This is always disappointing. I needed both a male stereo to female mono, and male mono to female stereo adapter, but only the first item was available. I also was looking for a 1.5 foot 4-position 3.5mm cable, but the shortest you had was 3 feet.
