you sent me a non-apple charger that… you sent me a non-apple charger that would not charge the apple watch...after initial response to complaint have heard nothing than originally saying you can return the entire GIFT - mind you Christmas gift that did not arrive on time even though said two day shipping....oh can I have your gift back and maybe you'll get something back that will work sometime in the near future....really disappointing and will never use or recommend your business again.

Couldn't Ask For A Smoother Transaction! The communication was Excellent. Shipping was Fast. I purchased a refurbished Apple 7 watch. Price was very fair compared to new prices. The classification of Pristine was accurate. I like the requirement that buyer must sign to receive. I am very pleased with the entire transaction! I wish instructions were included.

Good product except for battery Loop Mobile delivered a very good looking product, good working condition. I cannot see any visible signs of the watch being refurbished. My only complaint about the Apple Watch I purchased is that the battery doesn't fully charge but that is what the conditions are of the purchase. For an Apple Watch, a battery with 100% capability is a better fit for me.

Completely Useless Completely Useless. So I ordered a refurbished MacBook Pro from these guys (through Back Market). It arrived DOA with a dead battery incapable of holding a charge. Returned/exchanged it and received a different one with the same exact problem. Now I’m waiting (less than patiently) for a refund. This seller is completely useless and can’t even perform a simple check (like turning the device on to see if it works) before shipping.
