Refurb was basically open-box, with AppleCare I bought a iPhone 13 mini in excellent condition and it arrived beautifully with an original apple packed cable and 11 months of applecare already paid for. you sent me a non-apple charger that… you sent me a non-apple charger that would not charge the apple watch...after initial response to complaint have heard nothing than originally saying you can return the entire GIFT - mind you Christmas gift that did not arrive on time even though said two day shipping....oh can I have your gift back and maybe you'll get something back that will work sometime in the near future....really disappointing and will never use or recommend your business again.

Got exactly what I ordered, but was left in limbo Liked - the product arrived and was exactly what was ordered! Disliked - There was a credit charge, an order acknowledgment, and then nothing for days. No order status until well after the claimed two days to get the order. I called every day (and many times a day) past the original due date and got the same "looking for an agent", "can't find agent", disconnect phone treatment. TBH, I was just about to dispute the charge to the credit card and seek out another company when I finally got a notice that the order was on the way.
