GBGot exactly what I ordered, but was left in limbo Liked - the product arrived and was exactly what was ordered! Disliked - There was a credit charge, an order acknowledgment, and then nothing for days. No order status until well after the claimed two days to get the order. I called every day (and many times a day) past the original due date and got the same "looking for an agent", "can't find agent", disconnect phone treatment. TBH, I was just about to dispute the charge to the credit card and seek out another company when I finally got a notice that the order was on the way.

GBNo way to cancel order I wanted to cancel the order just after placing it because I forgot a promo code, but there was no option to cancel. Also, there is no way to reach out to customer service! Called their number multiple times during the business day, but nobody received the call!! And, their customer service mail is broken. Also, I haven’t received the product yet. Hopefully, it will arrive tomorrow. Update: I am jumping my review from 1 star to 3 stars because the product is authentic. Still, I wish they are more active in customer care section. Update: I am changing the review from 3 stars to 5. I was contacted by the customer service and my problem was resolved. The email posted on the website was wrong and I understand that the helpline will not be always there to receive the call. Anyway, looking forward to buying more items.

GBgreat service, great experience so i bought an iphone xs max from loop mobile. unfortunately, all cameras did not work after 6 months. after contact with loop mobile, a new iphone xs max is dispatched to replace my previous one. anyway, a reliable merchant. deserve to visit more.

GBGood product except for battery Loop Mobile delivered a very good looking product, good working condition. I cannot see any visible signs of the watch being refurbished. My only complaint about the Apple Watch I purchased is that the battery doesn't fully charge but that is what the conditions are of the purchase. For an Apple Watch, a battery with 100% capability is a better fit for me.
