I received my phone promptly and as… I received my phone promptly and as described, unfortunately the phone had problems charging and the battery would drain within 4 hours after being charged fully so i will have to have the battery changed. I was unable to return the phone to loop as I had already left the states and will be overseas for 6 months plus. **UPDATE Loop contacted me and offered me a replacement phone at no cost to me, the ,logistics were not entirely seamless due to my overseas location but a replacement phone arrived with some $ credit also. Loop worked hard to rectify my issue.

Couldn't Ask For A Smoother Transaction! The communication was Excellent. Shipping was Fast. I purchased a refurbished Apple 7 watch. Price was very fair compared to new prices. The classification of Pristine was accurate. I like the requirement that buyer must sign to receive. I am very pleased with the entire transaction! I wish instructions were included.

Over all good experience. Overall I am pleased with my purchase. It took two days of me requesting the tracking number but once I received it, it was just waiting on USPS to deliver my watch and that took a week, but that was out of the company control. The watch is as described on their site, pristine, looks like a brand new watch. Works just fine so far.

No way to cancel order I wanted to cancel the order just after placing it because I forgot a promo code, but there was no option to cancel. Also, there is no way to reach out to customer service! Called their number multiple times during the business day, but nobody received the call!! And, their customer service mail is broken. Also, I haven’t received the product yet. Hopefully, it will arrive tomorrow. Update: I am jumping my review from 1 star to 3 stars because the product is authentic. Still, I wish they are more active in customer care section. Update: I am changing the review from 3 stars to 5. I was contacted by the customer service and my problem was resolved. The email posted on the website was wrong and I understand that the helpline will not be always there to receive the call. Anyway, looking forward to buying more items.

Completely Useless Completely Useless. So I ordered a refurbished MacBook Pro from these guys (through Back Market). It arrived DOA with a dead battery incapable of holding a charge. Returned/exchanged it and received a different one with the same exact problem. Now I’m waiting (less than patiently) for a refund. This seller is completely useless and can’t even perform a simple check (like turning the device on to see if it works) before shipping.
