Completely Useless Completely Useless. So I ordered a refurbished MacBook Pro from these guys (through Back Market). It arrived DOA with a dead battery incapable of holding a charge. Returned/exchanged it and received a different one with the same exact problem. Now I’m waiting (less than patiently) for a refund. This seller is completely useless and can’t even perform a simple check (like turning the device on to see if it works) before shipping.

IPhone case I ordered an IPhone case that came in a sealed Apple box. It’s great-looking, brand new, and much less expensive than buying from Apple direct, which is no longer selling Mini cases on the regular. I HIGHLY recommend Loop Mobile. I received my phone promptly and as… I received my phone promptly and as described, unfortunately the phone had problems charging and the battery would drain within 4 hours after being charged fully so i will have to have the battery changed. I was unable to return the phone to loop as I had already left the states and will be overseas for 6 months plus. **UPDATE Loop contacted me and offered me a replacement phone at no cost to me, the ,logistics were not entirely seamless due to my overseas location but a replacement phone arrived with some $ credit also. Loop worked hard to rectify my issue.

Just recently received this phone Just recently received this phone, everything checks out but a couple of things. First thing I noticed was dirt/ debris in every crevice, I would have thought the place would have air dusted this before sending out as “very good”. A couple minor blemishes on the outer screen and deep cut in center of screen as well but hardly noticeable. One thing though the speakers sound disoriented. Sometimes my sound gets higher then lower only when sounds on and using phone.

Good product except for battery Loop Mobile delivered a very good looking product, good working condition. I cannot see any visible signs of the watch being refurbished. My only complaint about the Apple Watch I purchased is that the battery doesn't fully charge but that is what the conditions are of the purchase. For an Apple Watch, a battery with 100% capability is a better fit for me.
