USPleasant experience I used BuyBack to sell my old phone for some quick extra money, it shipped to the company within a few days and I was notified once it was received. I had opted to receive my money through apple pay but there was a snag and I had to reach out via email to figure out what to do. I was very pleased with the customer service and their ability to resolve the issue quickly and was even given an extra $10 for the inconvenience. I would absolutely use BuyBack again in the future.

USDelay was rectified Update - BuyBack Engineer responded and quickly fufilled the agreed amount. They explained the intial delay was due to a change of system. Original post - No response after I sent in my Samsung S21 Ultra phone a few weeks ago...
