GBOverall great experience - long delay in payout The overall experience was great. However, I deduct 1 star because the whole process took almost 2 weeks. BuyBack Engineer advertises with "payout the same day we receive the phone". In my case, it took approximately a week between my phone being delivered to BuyBack Engineer and the money being sent to me. I understand that with the release of the new iPhone, this company might be overwhelmed. But then don't promise something you cannot fulfill.
