GBCustomer service is beyond inadequate Customer service is inadequate. I called to see where I could find a Fridge Freezer in situ before parting with over £2000. Customer service both on chat and by phone were useless. Despite their supplying the dealers, they are unable to tell me which stores bought the units and expected me, the client, to call up to 100 retailers to find out who has the item when they could easily provide this if they actually tried. All they seem to be good at is passing the buck.

GBFaulty oven, slow customer service. Seriously regretting paying a premium for Rangemaster I bought my oven in October 2023. I've had issues with it since day one; the oven leaks liquid when cooking and the fan blade is faulty causing an horrendous vibrating noise. I've spent several hours on the live chat service with Rangemaster, I've found the customer service to be slow and inadequate. I was eventually passed onto Top Freeze, a repair service who came to fix my oven by replacing the fan. They turned up and started taking the oven apart, only to find that they did not have the right part for this oven. It's been a month now since Top Freeze visited, and my oven still has not been properly repaired. I've been left with an oven that I cannot use the fan setting on. I don't quite know why a brand new Rangemaster oven needs a new fan blade installed, but for now I'm seriously regretting paying a premium for the Rangemaster brand.

GBExcellent Customer Service Terrible experience in February 2024 after ordering a Rangemaster Cooker through the Appliance People who knowingly went into liquidation when taking our money which was heartbreaking!! Rangemaster has agreed to honour the price we paid Appliance People which is fantastic news. What a brilliant company who look after their customers. Thank you Charley at Rangemaster for giving me the good news!!
