GBCustomer service is beyond inadequate Customer service is inadequate. I called to see where I could find a Fridge Freezer in situ before parting with over £2000. Customer service both on chat and by phone were useless. Despite their supplying the dealers, they are unable to tell me which stores bought the units and expected me, the client, to call up to 100 retailers to find out who has the item when they could easily provide this if they actually tried. All they seem to be good at is passing the buck.

GBOutstanding service I had reason to call Rangemaster this afternoon for advice and confirmation of a part number for our fridge freezer. I had the pleasure of speaking with Shannon who was able to explain what I needed to do with regard to correcting a warning light whilst also directing me to the appropriate replacement water filter. I am indebted to her for help, affable manner and genuine enthusiasm to assist. What a refreshing experience to be looked after by someone who actually cared and well done to Rangemaster for building within their staff of a sense of ownership. Fantastic.
