Fridge freezer exchange We had to have our new fridge freezer exchanged and the guys who delivered, installed and removed the old fridge freezer were first class. The fridge freezer is large and it meant removing the fridge doors to allow access through the house. Excellent service!

Poor design and performance. I bought an extractor hood to go with my new Rangemaster stove which does not deserve the badge stuck on to it. Poorly designed and mass produced with no obvious technical design merit. Bent metal screwed together in a haphazard way. Lots of noise with little extraction. Gauze filters do not fit without the intervention. Buy something else.

purchased a kettle 9 months ago the… purchased a kettle 9 months ago the metal label is coming off , been told by rangemaster its wear and tear ( no picture requested by them so the have no idea what fault looks like.) i expect better from a company like this and staff were not helpful at all. Answer was sent you email it states wear and tear reply to email if your not happy. Wow great customer service
