GBReplacement Sink plug I contacted Rangemaster as my sink plug had broken. Sink had been installed 14 months previously but kitchen fitters did not pass on guarantee details. Problems sorted immediately via email with Jade and she immediately replied and sent me a replacement. V impressed with after sales service.

My model of fridge freezer wasn't available so she arranged for an upgrade to a newer model. Very happy customer.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Shannon who was able to explain what I needed to do with regard to correcting a warning light whilst also directing me to the appropriate replacement water filter.
