I ordered the wrong lenses… poor customer support I ordered the wrong lenses - for Q2 instead of what I intended, Q3. I won’t get into the reasons for the confusion on the website, and I accept the blame for the mistaken order. But the lack of responsiveness to my emails is unacceptable. After an initial response that pointed out my error, there’s been no response to three subsequent emails asking about an exchange, and finally even asking for just a discount on a second pair of lenses. These lenses are useless to me since I have a Quest 3. I realize this company is a small startup, and as an entrepreneur I want to support such bc companies. But you won’t make it far in the market with this customer service.

My bad. But ZERO response from the company. You'll see from my earlier review, they posted a reply saying they'd reach out, and... nothing.They posted here for all of you to see they responded, but have no intention of following up. Very, very poor customer service. Great idea and product, but this company will never make it. As a long time consumer product guy, it's just unfortunate to see this happen with a product you're pulling for.

Got it so quick the tracking info arrived a hour AFTER the lenses arrived @ my house. So far so good. I have used glasses for a long time in and out of a VR headset, first time trying prescription lenses and I gotta say it makes a world of difference. Much more comfortable and convenient to not have to try and squeeze my glasses so they can fit. Also like the title says I actually got my lenses just before the tracking info was sent to me. So nice and quick.
