We sent an email and called and spoke to the customer service who had promised that he would send us an email with return instructions but never did. When we called again, there is no answer and no reply to our several emails regarding the return. We were simply ignored. We would not use this company again for any future orders.

End result no credit issued and told me they couldn't help. Update: I ordered a ts style safety from you guys with 3/16 tubing and it was supposed to be 1/4 but it's ok fixed now thanks to Blodgett support and my local parts vendor.
