Ordering was easy, but customer service is not Ordering was incredibly easy, and the product arrived promptly. However, it's unfortunate that the appliance we purchased the part for completely broke down before I received it. I decided to email them regarding the refund process, but received no response. When I called, the line went straight to voicemail.

The first party I dealt with partsfe, the next party was contact Com the package came from Karuvu holdings LLC in Illinois so who do I blame?? What can I do ??
