GBTo who put my money in you bank acct To who put my money in you bank acct . I ordered part on a Fri received on Thursday installed on Friday part was faulty called same day of installation was told to email contact@ partsfe. Warehouse followed instructions got response almost immediately saying warehouse makes decision , not answering email or phone calls today I’m still need gas valve for equipment in my cafe , customer service as far placing order receiving product and debiting you account they were great customer service otherwise ( so far ) is not the best. The first party I dealt with partsfe, the next party was contact Com the package came from Karuvu holdings LLC in Illinois so who do I blame?? What can I do ??

GBIn stock and quick delivery! We had a local company come in and diagnose our oven and were told that it needed an ignition module. We were told that it would be 2-6 weeks before they could get one and the part itself would be close to $400. I found the ignition module on a Thursday evening and had it overnighted at half the price. My husband put it in, saving us another $300. Thanks!

GBFirst time I’ve used this company - good experience! First time I’ve used this company - product ordered was as ordered and worked immediately on installation. It took about a week to arrive which was expected coming from the east coast.

GBOrdered a fan for my cooler Ordered a fan for my cooler. Only a fan motor was delivered with no fan blades included. I called and was told without a part number they couldn’t help me. I told them I wanted to return the unusable fan motor for a refund and asked for a return authorization number. I was told a return authorization would be sent to me by email. No email authorization was ever received. Won’t do business with this company ever again.
