We ordered the wrong part by mistake… We ordered the wrong part by mistake and needed to return the item. We sent an email and called and spoke to the customer service who had promised that he would send us an email with return instructions but never did. When we called again, there is no answer and no reply to our several emails regarding the return. We were simply ignored. We would not use this company again for any future orders.

Right price received it fast quality… Right price received it fast quality parts

Great execution on our order Great execution on our order. From the time we researched and located partsfe.com to assist with a part, to the time we received the package, everything went well. We received our product in a timely manner - even though the demand and supply of deliveries are tough throughout this time-period across the country.

Zurn Drain Strainer Ordered and received drain strainers in a very timely manner and at a significantly lower price than competitors and even Amazon. Thank you very much!

First time I’ve used this company - good experience! First time I’ve used this company - product ordered was as ordered and worked immediately on installation. It took about a week to arrive which was expected coming from the east coast.
