GBGood cctv idea Brought this to replace my current blink cameras. Haven't installed it yet but what I have seen went doing the pre setup by testing all the cameras the pictures are clear and good quality. Once I've installed the system I will add more about the product.

GBI spoke with a customer service… I spoke with a customer service representative, who emailed me a UPS return label for a refund, I was told ship the item back with the UPS label.The issue is that the UPS return label was to a co worker address not Swann business address, I had to google the address on label it was to a home. I try to reach out to Swann all I get is hang up on the phone or blank emails, when I did speak to a Liz I was told it was glitch in their UPS shipping label. I’m out of $800, no equipment haven’t heard anything on the refund, the item return on 8 of April. I get a 7 to 14 business for return, I got duked out of my money. Bad customer service no answer don’t buy Swann product.
