GBI spoke with a customer service… I spoke with a customer service representative, who emailed me a UPS return label for a refund, I was told ship the item back with the UPS label.The issue is that the UPS return label was to a co worker address not Swann business address, I had to google the address on label it was to a home. I try to reach out to Swann all I get is hang up on the phone or blank emails, when I did speak to a Liz I was told it was glitch in their UPS shipping label. I’m out of $800, no equipment haven’t heard anything on the refund, the item return on 8 of April. I get a 7 to 14 business for return, I got duked out of my money. Bad customer service no answer don’t buy Swann product.

GBI bought the NVR system cameras they… I bought the NVR system cameras they have great clarity day and night vision. I investigated the company in regard to customer service and response times and answering the phone when you call. This was prior to actually purchasing the cameras. The company was very responsive. Unlike other companies who only have an email to contact them and you can't speak to a human over the phone. This is super important when assistance is needed.

GBA shaky start, a happy ending! Really enjoying my Swann cameras after a shaky start. Two of my new cameras were foggy, Swann arranged an expedited swap. Before I could get someone over to take down the bad cameras, the weather changed, and after several clear days, the foggy cameras cleared up and they are as clear as any of the other. Swann was more than ready to take back the bad cameras, I’m pleased that it didn’t come to that. Customer support through the whole ordeal was impeccable!
