GBLoading time takes way to long Loading time takes way to long, most of the time it doesn't even play the video. I have to exit the app and reopen it several times to view recordings. When I try to talk to some one over the microphone the messages play way after the delivery person leaves. Live view takes as much time as well. Very poor product to depend on in case of an emergency. It deserves 1/4 of a star until problems get fixed.

AUI love these cameras!! I love these cameras. Having something to deter criminals brings me such peace of mind. I highly recommend Swann security cameras.

GBI spoke with a customer service… I spoke with a customer service representative, who emailed me a UPS return label for a refund, I was told ship the item back with the UPS label.The issue is that the UPS return label was to a co worker address not Swann business address, I had to google the address on label it was to a home. I try to reach out to Swann all I get is hang up on the phone or blank emails, when I did speak to a Liz I was told it was glitch in their UPS shipping label. I’m out of $800, no equipment haven’t heard anything on the refund, the item return on 8 of April. I get a 7 to 14 business for return, I got duked out of my money. Bad customer service no answer don’t buy Swann product.

GBReview of 16 channel NVR with 8 cameras. Bought your 16 channel NVR with 8 cameras.and was amazed with the video clarity and ease of setting it up.I was easily able to view alerts on my phone 20 miles away from my home no problem. I would highly recommend this system to others.

GBGood price and fast delivery Good price and fast delivery. Enjoying the clear quality and colored night vision. Still have not worked out how to collect the pic's for facial recognition as yet. But happy over all.
