Loading time takes way to long Loading time takes way to long, most of the time it doesn't even play the video. I have to exit the app and reopen it several times to view recordings. When I try to talk to some one over the microphone the messages play way after the delivery person leaves. Live view takes as much time as well. Very poor product to depend on in case of an emergency. It deserves 1/4 of a star until problems get fixed.

I bought the NVR system cameras they… I bought the NVR system cameras they have great clarity day and night vision. I investigated the company in regard to customer service and response times and answering the phone when you call. This was prior to actually purchasing the cameras. The company was very responsive. Unlike other companies who only have an email to contact them and you can't speak to a human over the phone. This is super important when assistance is needed.

Replaced an older unit that had a… Replaced an older unit that had a failed HD The new unit didn’t work properly until I used the new power supply even though it was the same voltage so wondering if my old unit just needs a new power supply Difficult to find the correct software and over complicated but it all works well now it’s set up

Horrible company with terrible customer… Horrible company with terrible customer service. I just bought a 4k security flood light and now it won’t stay connected or record any video. It worked for a day and a half and now it is useless. I have contacted customer service several times and no one seems to know anything about the products or the app and they refuse to get a supervisor on the phone. Don’t not bother buying anything from Swann because it will not work and it will be a waste of your time and money. I wished I would have read more about this company before I bothered buying anything from them. I am so disappointed.

Don’t recommend Camera are nice and easy to setup!! But they trap you to use their cloud system, I should be able record anytime using any system.. I don’t recommend them because of this,. I have other cameras that I can record,delete, and store data at my choice..
