GBI spoke with a customer service… I spoke with a customer service representative, who emailed me a UPS return label for a refund, I was told ship the item back with the UPS label.The issue is that the UPS return label was to a co worker address not Swann business address, I had to google the address on label it was to a home. I try to reach out to Swann all I get is hang up on the phone or blank emails, when I did speak to a Liz I was told it was glitch in their UPS shipping label. I’m out of $800, no equipment haven’t heard anything on the refund, the item return on 8 of April. I get a 7 to 14 business for return, I got duked out of my money. Bad customer service no answer don’t buy Swann product.

GBReplaced an older unit that had a… Replaced an older unit that had a failed HD The new unit didn’t work properly until I used the new power supply even though it was the same voltage so wondering if my old unit just needs a new power supply Difficult to find the correct software and over complicated but it all works well now it’s set up

GBReview of 16 channel NVR with 8 cameras. Bought your 16 channel NVR with 8 cameras.and was amazed with the video clarity and ease of setting it up.I was easily able to view alerts on my phone 20 miles away from my home no problem. I would highly recommend this system to others.
