GBHorrible company with terrible customer… Horrible company with terrible customer service. I just bought a 4k security flood light and now it won’t stay connected or record any video. It worked for a day and a half and now it is useless. I have contacted customer service several times and no one seems to know anything about the products or the app and they refuse to get a supervisor on the phone. Don’t not bother buying anything from Swann because it will not work and it will be a waste of your time and money. I wished I would have read more about this company before I bothered buying anything from them. I am so disappointed.

GBA shaky start, a happy ending! Really enjoying my Swann cameras after a shaky start. Two of my new cameras were foggy, Swann arranged an expedited swap. Before I could get someone over to take down the bad cameras, the weather changed, and after several clear days, the foggy cameras cleared up and they are as clear as any of the other. Swann was more than ready to take back the bad cameras, I’m pleased that it didn’t come to that. Customer support through the whole ordeal was impeccable!
