Review of 16 channel NVR with 8 cameras. Bought your 16 channel NVR with 8 cameras.and was amazed with the video clarity and ease of setting it up.I was easily able to view alerts on my phone 20 miles away from my home no problem. I would highly recommend this system to others.

Horrible company with terrible customer… Horrible company with terrible customer service. I just bought a 4k security flood light and now it won’t stay connected or record any video. It worked for a day and a half and now it is useless. I have contacted customer service several times and no one seems to know anything about the products or the app and they refuse to get a supervisor on the phone. Don’t not bother buying anything from Swann because it will not work and it will be a waste of your time and money. I wished I would have read more about this company before I bothered buying anything from them. I am so disappointed.

Loading time takes way to long Loading time takes way to long, most of the time it doesn't even play the video. I have to exit the app and reopen it several times to view recordings. When I try to talk to some one over the microphone the messages play way after the delivery person leaves. Live view takes as much time as well. Very poor product to depend on in case of an emergency. It deserves 1/4 of a star until problems get fixed.
