I bought liberty 4, and right earbud stopped workong when tried to claim guarantee they said since I bought it on Ebay they can not do anything and more fun fact: when proceeding warranty steps they have option to claim purchases from Ebay!!! so they are good if they work as soon as they stop working they dont care about you!!!

GBStarted off rough, but we got there in the end! I bought a pair of Liberty 4 earbuds from their uk.soundcore.com website. Evri failed to deliver the package 3 times, and said that I needed to contact the supplier. The initial email exchange with Soundcore was polite, but underwhelming. They said that I needed to wait 10 days for them to complete an investigate into the delivery issue with Evri. I explained that that is unacceptable. They said they'd send out a new delivery that would take 3 to 10 days. I thought they'd fobbed me off. A day later the first package arrived, but the contents had ben stolen. My earbuds had been replaced by a grubby old book. I've posted a bad review for Evri, and made a complaint. A couple of days later the product arrived. Yay! I've reduced to 4 stars (4.5 would be more appropriate) cos Soundcore should have offered a replacement first, and the comms were poor, but we got their in the end. The Liberty 4s are great by the way. This review is about the service not the earbuds. I've used and loved Anker and Soundcore products for a while and think they are well built and stylish. The Liberty 4s were cheaper on the Soundcore website than Amazon, which is odd.

FRGood products, outstanding aftersales Very good products, that seem to have huge pros and little cons. We are not far with every new product to reach something superior to any model far more expensive. The sound is often great, the soft is amazing, even if it disconnects sometimes, microphone depends on the models, anc is pretty good. But where Soundcore outshines everything is with their aftersales service. I am very surprised at reading some of the reviews here. I've been quite picky with them, sending back the device several times because of little kinks or defects, and they have been nothing but exceptional. They replaced then upgraded my device, were always there, replying fast, even when I would take 3 weeks to do so. I can't recommend them enough.

GBExceptional customer service I seldom leave reviews. But this company exceptional customer service deserves to be shared. Iโm very pleased how they handled my warranty claim for earbuds issue. They replied very fast. And even replied with reminders when I forgot to answer. And they sent me a replacement. Like I said - best customer service!!!!

GBHaving owned quite a few Soundcoreโฆ Having owned quite a few Soundcore wireless earbuds & headphones over the years, a pair I purchased from Amazon 6 months ago incurred a fault. I followed the online warranty return process & had great communication from their customer service team. I even called them up & got to speak to a human being within 2 minutes. On return of the headphones, they assessed the defect sent out a new pair within 2 weeks. About the best customer service I've ever received, and given this chatbot world, it was so reassuring to be able to deal with humans. ๐๐๐๐๐
