GBNo problems with the 2 x Soundcore… No problems with the 2 x Soundcore Mini3 I purchased. sadly my LG Smart Tv is not so smart and does not have the ability to synchronise with the Soundcore Speakers. The lip movement on the tv is seconds in front of the sound from the speakers and makes watching TV impossible. I ahve switched back to a single Mini 2 which brings the sound to be nearer my chair and reduce the need to look for the remote when sound volumes ( especially music) blares out from the TV followed by speech that I cannot hear !

Dear Mr Moore
FRSimple and easy to follow link up. Simple and easy to follow link up instructions. Excellent sound, I can now follow my favourite radio programmes anywhere in my house. Clear sound. Only one slight downside : the marking of buttons which should be painted white against the black cover, as I have sometimes pressed the wrong button.

GBIf 10 stars existed as a score, they’d get it!! I wish I could give this product and company 10 stars!! My initial delivery had a slight issue (through no one’s fault) and when I contacted customer service, I not only received a replacement without difficulty but also a follow up email to check all was well. So thoughtful in the modern age! The headphones themselves are fantastic! I’ve tried Apple, Bose and various others and I will never turn back from Soundcore now. Fantastic company!

GBExceptional customer service I seldom leave reviews. But this company exceptional customer service deserves to be shared. I’m very pleased how they handled my warranty claim for earbuds issue. They replied very fast. And even replied with reminders when I forgot to answer. And they sent me a replacement. Like I said - best customer service!!!!

GBTwo star only for the quality of the… Two star only for the quality of the sound, the make is absolute rubbish. I bought the Soundcore Motion Boom Plus and it constantly drops the sound and starts playing the music very quietly so I'm having to reconnect constantly. A verry persistent problem which hasn't been resolved by any of the company's updates
