GBDelivery companies (Evri and Amazon… Delivery companies (Evri and Amazon Logistics) returned my order back to sender, claiming I refused it. Big fat lie...sadly, I had to ask for a refund. Soundcore speakers are great, delivery companies not so much.

DESoundcore BT headset Life Q30 good quality and service I bought a BT headset Life Q30. The delivery was fast. Afterwards I had contact with the support team. It helped me with my problems related to the noise cancelling in a quick and constructive manner. I'm very satisfied with the headset, quality and the support by the Anker team. Definitely I would buy again at Soundcore.

GBExcellent service and product The earbuds I purchased were Soundcore Liberty Pro 4 and they are absolutely fantastic, great sound as if you have a cinema theatre connected to your ears. The sound is so clear, loud and crisp with zero distortion and very comfortable even after long hours of wear. After a few months the sound was like I'm listening to someone in a cave. I contacted soundcore and the customer service was superb, they immediately replaced them with a new pair and were so helpful. Pleased beyond belief for the excellent service, thank you so much. A company that's doing so well and producing excellent products I'm definitely looking forward to my next pair.

GBHaving owned quite a few Soundcore… Having owned quite a few Soundcore wireless earbuds & headphones over the years, a pair I purchased from Amazon 6 months ago incurred a fault. I followed the online warranty return process & had great communication from their customer service team. I even called them up & got to speak to a human being within 2 minutes. On return of the headphones, they assessed the defect sent out a new pair within 2 weeks. About the best customer service I've ever received, and given this chatbot world, it was so reassuring to be able to deal with humans. 👏👏👏👏👏

GBPositive experience I have enjoyed Anker products for a few years. I recently purchased the Sleep A10 which I loved and have helped me sleep better. I noticed a problem with one bud turning off by itself. I contacted support they gave me some trouble shooting advice. The problem persisted. I contacted again and was in touch with Esther who told me they were sending me a new product They said it would come within 14 days but I received it 3 days later. I'm so impressed and grateful. Thank you
