Pleasantly surprised by this lot Pleasantly surprised by this lot. 40 quid for headphones as an interim whilst I get my AirPods fixed and wondering now why I spent 200+ on those when the sound quality and battery life is so good on these. Recommend.

Two star only for the quality of theโ€ฆ Two star only for the quality of the sound, the make is absolute rubbish. I bought the Soundcore Motion Boom Plus and it constantly drops the sound and starts playing the music very quietly so I'm having to reconnect constantly. A verry persistent problem which hasn't been resolved by any of the company's updates

worst customer service I wanted to have replacement eartips for my soundcore liberty 4 earbuds. After many messages I still received no solution for my request (#TNF932046295). It's a shame that I buy a product and a couple months after I cannot use it as they have no replacement eartips or they dont provide it. (They only sent me a link which is not working, on their EU website there is no replacement).

Having owned quite a few Soundcoreโ€ฆ Having owned quite a few Soundcore wireless earbuds & headphones over the years, a pair I purchased from Amazon 6 months ago incurred a fault. I followed the online warranty return process & had great communication from their customer service team. I even called them up & got to speak to a human being within 2 minutes. On return of the headphones, they assessed the defect sent out a new pair within 2 weeks. About the best customer service I've ever received, and given this chatbot world, it was so reassuring to be able to deal with humans. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
