They replied very fast. And even replied with reminders when I forgot to answer. And they sent me a replacement. Like I said - best customer service!!!!

I am enjoying my headphone upgrade I am enjoying my headphone upgrade. I love the noise cancelling feature and the sound quality is top notch. I was so excited to have a good quality headset, that I didn't expect the experience to get any better. Then, I started tweaking my devices and the experience has deeply impressed my ear-holes. I purchased the Q20 via Amazon so to my surprise, they have a legit website. Overall, I don't see the need to explore any other brand. It's an easy to use and good quality product.
