Delivery companies (Evri and Amazon… Delivery companies (Evri and Amazon Logistics) returned my order back to sender, claiming I refused it. Big fat lie...sadly, I had to ask for a refund. Soundcore speakers are great, delivery companies not so much.

I bought the Soundcore Motion Boom Plus and it constantly drops the sound and starts playing the music very quietly so I'm having to reconnect constantly. A verry persistent problem which hasn't been resolved by any of the company's updates

Only one slight downside : the marking of buttons which should be painted white against the black cover, as I have sometimes pressed the wrong button.

I was so excited to have a good quality headset, that I didn't expect the experience to get any better. Then, I started tweaking my devices and the experience has deeply impressed my ear-holes. I purchased the Q20 via Amazon so to my surprise, they have a legit website. Overall, I don't see the need to explore any other brand. It's an easy to use and good quality product.
