GBPositive experience I have enjoyed Anker products for a few years. I recently purchased the Sleep A10 which I loved and have helped me sleep better. I noticed a problem with one bud turning off by itself. I contacted support they gave me some trouble shooting advice. The problem persisted. I contacted again and was in touch with Esther who told me they were sending me a new product They said it would come within 14 days but I received it 3 days later. I'm so impressed and grateful. DESoundcore BT headset Life Q30 good quality and service I bought a BT headset Life Q30. The delivery was fast. Afterwards I had contact with the support team. It helped me with my problems related to the noise cancelling in a quick and constructive manner. I'm very satisfied with the headset, quality and the support by the Anker team. Definitely I would buy again at Soundcore.

GBNo problems with the 2 x Soundcore… No problems with the 2 x Soundcore Mini3 I purchased. sadly my LG Smart Tv is not so smart and does not have the ability to synchronise with the Soundcore Speakers. The lip movement on the tv is seconds in front of the sound from the speakers and makes watching TV impossible. I ahve switched back to a single Mini 2 which brings the sound to be nearer my chair and reduce the need to look for the remote when sound volumes ( especially music) blares out from the TV followed by speech that I cannot hear !

GBIf 10 stars existed as a score, they’d get it!! I wish I could give this product and company 10 stars!! My initial delivery had a slight issue (through no one’s fault) and when I contacted customer service, I not only received a replacement without difficulty but also a follow up email to check all was well. So thoughtful in the modern age! The headphones themselves are fantastic! I’ve tried Apple, Bose and various others and I will never turn back from Soundcore now. Fantastic company!

AUSound core motion boom plus As soon as received the motion boom plus. It had connections issues with blue tooth. It's constantly cutting out every 30 seconds and I tried everything they said. As soon as I contacted them the trouble they put you through just to get a replacement or refund was crazy. I gave up worst quality speaker and customer experience. I regret buying this low quality speaker. Just give a refund it's not that hard. Advice stick to trusted brand audio equipment. Not worth the Hassel and the sound quality isn't that good. I prefer my Sony or JBL. Thanks
