GBPleasantly surprised by this lot Pleasantly surprised by this lot. 40 quid for headphones as an interim whilst I get my AirPods fixed and wondering now why I spent 200+ on those when the sound quality and battery life is so good on these. Recommend.

GBI am enjoying my headphone upgrade I am enjoying my headphone upgrade. I love the noise cancelling feature and the sound quality is top notch. I was so excited to have a good quality headset, that I didn't expect the experience to get any better. Then, I started tweaking my devices and the experience has deeply impressed my ear-holes. I purchased the Q20 via Amazon so to my surprise, they have a legit website. Overall, I don't see the need to explore any other brand. It's an easy to use and good quality product.

FRGood products, outstanding aftersales Very good products, that seem to have huge pros and little cons. We are not far with every new product to reach something superior to any model far more expensive. The sound is often great, the soft is amazing, even if it disconnects sometimes, microphone depends on the models, anc is pretty good. But where Soundcore outshines everything is with their aftersales service. I am very surprised at reading some of the reviews here. I've been quite picky with them, sending back the device several times because of little kinks or defects, and they have been nothing but exceptional. They replaced then upgraded my device, were always there, replying fast, even when I would take 3 weeks to do so. I can't recommend them enough.

GBPositive experience I have enjoyed Anker products for a few years. I recently purchased the Sleep A10 which I loved and have helped me sleep better. I noticed a problem with one bud turning off by itself. I contacted support they gave me some trouble shooting advice. The problem persisted. I contacted again and was in touch with Esther who told me they were sending me a new product They said it would come within 14 days but I received it 3 days later. I'm so impressed and grateful. Thank you
