I'm always so impressed by soundcore I'm always so impressed by soundcore. Their products are premium quality at such an affordable price. I have purchased the life pt2, life pt 3 earbuds, and now the q30 headphones. Keep doing what you do best soundcore.

Having owned quite a few Soundcoreโ€ฆ Having owned quite a few Soundcore wireless earbuds & headphones over the years, a pair I purchased from Amazon 6 months ago incurred a fault. I followed the online warranty return process & had great communication from their customer service team. I even called them up & got to speak to a human being within 2 minutes. On return of the headphones, they assessed the defect sent out a new pair within 2 weeks. About the best customer service I've ever received, and given this chatbot world, it was so reassuring to be able to deal with humans. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Simple and easy to follow link up. Simple and easy to follow link up instructions. Excellent sound, I can now follow my favourite radio programmes anywhere in my house. Clear sound. Only one slight downside : the marking of buttons which should be painted white against the black cover, as I have sometimes pressed the wrong button.

Positive experience I have enjoyed Anker products for a few years. I recently purchased the Sleep A10 which I loved and have helped me sleep better. I noticed a problem with one bud turning off by itself. I contacted support they gave me some trouble shooting advice. The problem persisted. I contacted again and was in touch with Esther who told me they were sending me a new product They said it would come within 14 days but I received it 3 days later. I'm so impressed and grateful. Thank you

Exceptional customer service I seldom leave reviews. But this company exceptional customer service deserves to be shared. Iโ€™m very pleased how they handled my warranty claim for earbuds issue. They replied very fast. And even replied with reminders when I forgot to answer. And they sent me a replacement. Like I said - best customer service!!!!
