I bought liberty 4, and right earbud stopped workong when tried to claim guarantee they said since I bought it on Ebay they can not do anything and more fun fact: when proceeding warranty steps they have option to claim purchases from Ebay!!! so they are good if they work as soon as they stop working they dont care about you!!!

No problems with the 2 x Soundcore… No problems with the 2 x Soundcore Mini3 I purchased. sadly my LG Smart Tv is not so smart and does not have the ability to synchronise with the Soundcore Speakers. The lip movement on the tv is seconds in front of the sound from the speakers and makes watching TV impossible. I ahve switched back to a single Mini 2 which brings the sound to be nearer my chair and reduce the need to look for the remote when sound volumes ( especially music) blares out from the TV followed by speech that I cannot hear !

Exceptional customer service I seldom leave reviews. But this company exceptional customer service deserves to be shared. I’m very pleased how they handled my warranty claim for earbuds issue. They replied very fast. And even replied with reminders when I forgot to answer. And they sent me a replacement. Like I said - best customer service!!!!

Delivery companies (Evri and Amazon… Delivery companies (Evri and Amazon Logistics) returned my order back to sender, claiming I refused it. Big fat lie...sadly, I had to ask for a refund. Soundcore speakers are great, delivery companies not so much.

Positive experience I have enjoyed Anker products for a few years. I recently purchased the Sleep A10 which I loved and have helped me sleep better. I noticed a problem with one bud turning off by itself. I contacted support they gave me some trouble shooting advice. The problem persisted. I contacted again and was in touch with Esther who told me they were sending me a new product They said it would come within 14 days but I received it 3 days later. I'm so impressed and grateful.
