GBPositive experience I have enjoyed Anker products for a few years. I recently purchased the Sleep A10 which I loved and have helped me sleep better. I noticed a problem with one bud turning off by itself. I contacted support they gave me some trouble shooting advice. The problem persisted. I contacted again and was in touch with Esther who told me they were sending me a new product They said it would come within 14 days but I received it 3 days later. I'm so impressed and grateful. It helped me with my problems related to the noise cancelling in a quick and constructive manner. I'm very satisfied with the headset, quality and the support by the Anker team. GBGreat mid-price range speakers I got the soundcore3 a few months ago, and its still going strong. Great choice for mid-price range speakers, especially since it out-performs my old shower speaker which was double the price! you can also daisy-chain the speakers together, so I'm even considering buying more to have a multi-room setup

GBPleasantly surprised by this lot Pleasantly surprised by this lot. 40 quid for headphones as an interim whilst I get my AirPods fixed and wondering now why I spent 200+ on those when the sound quality and battery life is so good on these. Recommend.

GBExceptional customer service I seldom leave reviews. But this company exceptional customer service deserves to be shared. I’m very pleased how they handled my warranty claim for earbuds issue. They replied very fast. And even replied with reminders when I forgot to answer. And they sent me a replacement. Like I said - best customer service!!!!
