It helped me with my problems related to the noise cancelling in a quick and constructive manner. I'm very satisfied with the headset, quality and the support by the Anker team. If 10 stars existed as a score, they’d get it!! I wish I could give this product and company 10 stars!! My initial delivery had a slight issue (through no one’s fault) and when I contacted customer service, I not only received a replacement without difficulty but also a follow up email to check all was well. So thoughtful in the modern age! The headphones themselves are fantastic! I’ve tried Apple, Bose and various others and I will never turn back from Soundcore now. Fantastic company!

worst customer service I wanted to have replacement eartips for my soundcore liberty 4 earbuds. After many messages I still received no solution for my request (#TNF932046295). It's a shame that I buy a product and a couple months after I cannot use it as they have no replacement eartips or they dont provide it. (They only sent me a link which is not working, on their EU website there is no replacement).
