Soundcore BT headset Life Q30 good quality and service I bought a BT headset Life Q30. The delivery was fast. Afterwards I had contact with the support team. It helped me with my problems related to the noise cancelling in a quick and constructive manner. I'm very satisfied with the headset, quality and the support by the Anker team. Definitely I would buy again at Soundcore.

Sound core motion boom plus As soon as received the motion boom plus. It had connections issues with blue tooth. It's constantly cutting out every 30 seconds and I tried everything they said. As soon as I contacted them the trouble they put you through just to get a replacement or refund was crazy. I gave up worst quality speaker and customer experience. I regret buying this low quality speaker. Just give a refund it's not that hard. Advice stick to trusted brand audio equipment. Not worth the Hassel and the sound quality isn't that good. I prefer my Sony or JBL. Thanks

Good products, outstanding aftersales Very good products, that seem to have huge pros and little cons. We are not far with every new product to reach something superior to any model far more expensive. The sound is often great, the soft is amazing, even if it disconnects sometimes, microphone depends on the models, anc is pretty good. But where Soundcore outshines everything is with their aftersales service. I am very surprised at reading some of the reviews here. I've been quite picky with them, sending back the device several times because of little kinks or defects, and they have been nothing but exceptional. They replaced then upgraded my device, were always there, replying fast, even when I would take 3 weeks to do so. I can't recommend them enough.

Two star only for the quality of the… Two star only for the quality of the sound, the make is absolute rubbish. I bought the Soundcore Motion Boom Plus and it constantly drops the sound and starts playing the music very quietly so I'm having to reconnect constantly. A verry persistent problem which hasn't been resolved by any of the company's updates
