No problems with the 2 x Soundcore… No problems with the 2 x Soundcore Mini3 I purchased. sadly my LG Smart Tv is not so smart and does not have the ability to synchronise with the Soundcore Speakers. The lip movement on the tv is seconds in front of the sound from the speakers and makes watching TV impossible. I ahve switched back to a single Mini 2 which brings the sound to be nearer my chair and reduce the need to look for the remote when sound volumes ( especially music) blares out from the TV followed by speech that I cannot hear !

Great mid-price range speakers I got the soundcore3 a few months ago, and its still going strong. Great choice for mid-price range speakers, especially since it out-performs my old shower speaker which was double the price! you can also daisy-chain the speakers together, so I'm even considering buying more to have a multi-room setup

Exceptional customer service I seldom leave reviews. But this company exceptional customer service deserves to be shared. I’m very pleased how they handled my warranty claim for earbuds issue. They replied very fast. And even replied with reminders when I forgot to answer. And they sent me a replacement. Like I said - best customer service!!!!

I am enjoying my headphone upgrade I am enjoying my headphone upgrade. I love the noise cancelling feature and the sound quality is top notch. I was so excited to have a good quality headset, that I didn't expect the experience to get any better. Then, I started tweaking my devices and the experience has deeply impressed my ear-holes. I purchased the Q20 via Amazon so to my surprise, they have a legit website. Overall, I don't see the need to explore any other brand. It's an easy to use and good quality product.

Started off rough, but we got there in the end! I bought a pair of Liberty 4 earbuds from their uk.soundcore.com website. Evri failed to deliver the package 3 times, and said that I needed to contact the supplier. The initial email exchange with Soundcore was polite, but underwhelming. They said that I needed to wait 10 days for them to complete an investigate into the delivery issue with Evri. I explained that that is unacceptable. They said they'd send out a new delivery that would take 3 to 10 days. I thought they'd fobbed me off. A day later the first package arrived, but the contents had ben stolen. My earbuds had been replaced by a grubby old book. I've posted a bad review for Evri, and made a complaint. A couple of days later the product arrived. Yay! I've reduced to 4 stars (4.5 would be more appropriate) cos Soundcore should have offered a replacement first, and the comms were poor, but we got their in the end. The Liberty 4s are great by the way. This review is about the service not the earbuds. I've used and loved Anker and Soundcore products for a while and think they are well built and stylish. The Liberty 4s were cheaper on the Soundcore website than Amazon, which is odd.
