No problems with the 2 x Soundcore… No problems with the 2 x Soundcore Mini3 I purchased. sadly my LG Smart Tv is not so smart and does not have the ability to synchronise with the Soundcore Speakers. The lip movement on the tv is seconds in front of the sound from the speakers and makes watching TV impossible. I ahve switched back to a single Mini 2 which brings the sound to be nearer my chair and reduce the need to look for the remote when sound volumes ( especially music) blares out from the TV followed by speech that I cannot hear !

Excellent service and product The earbuds I purchased were Soundcore Liberty Pro 4 and they are absolutely fantastic, great sound as if you have a cinema theatre connected to your ears. The sound is so clear, loud and crisp with zero distortion and very comfortable even after long hours of wear. After a few months the sound was like I'm listening to someone in a cave. I contacted soundcore and the customer service was superb, they immediately replaced them with a new pair and were so helpful. Pleased beyond belief for the excellent service, thank you so much. A company that's doing so well and producing excellent products I'm definitely looking forward to my next pair.

If 10 stars existed as a score, they’d get it!! I wish I could give this product and company 10 stars!! My initial delivery had a slight issue (through no one’s fault) and when I contacted customer service, I not only received a replacement without difficulty but also a follow up email to check all was well. So thoughtful in the modern age! The headphones themselves are fantastic! I’ve tried Apple, Bose and various others and I will never turn back from Soundcore now. Fantastic company!

Only one slight downside : the marking of buttons which should be painted white against the black cover, as I have sometimes pressed the wrong button.

Started off rough, but we got there in the end! I bought a pair of Liberty 4 earbuds from their uk.soundcore.com website. Evri failed to deliver the package 3 times, and said that I needed to contact the supplier. The initial email exchange with Soundcore was polite, but underwhelming. They said that I needed to wait 10 days for them to complete an investigate into the delivery issue with Evri. I explained that that is unacceptable. They said they'd send out a new delivery that would take 3 to 10 days. I thought they'd fobbed me off. A day later the first package arrived, but the contents had ben stolen. My earbuds had been replaced by a grubby old book. I've posted a bad review for Evri, and made a complaint. A couple of days later the product arrived. Yay! I've reduced to 4 stars (4.5 would be more appropriate) cos Soundcore should have offered a replacement first, and the comms were poor, but we got their in the end. The Liberty 4s are great by the way. This review is about the service not the earbuds. I've used and loved Anker and Soundcore products for a while and think they are well built and stylish. The Liberty 4s were cheaper on the Soundcore website than Amazon, which is odd.
