GBPositive experience I have enjoyed Anker products for a few years. I recently purchased the Sleep A10 which I loved and have helped me sleep better. I noticed a problem with one bud turning off by itself. I contacted support they gave me some trouble shooting advice. The problem persisted. I contacted again and was in touch with Esther who told me they were sending me a new product They said it would come within 14 days but I received it 3 days later. I'm so impressed and grateful. GBTwo star only for the quality of the… Two star only for the quality of the sound, the make is absolute rubbish. I bought the Soundcore Motion Boom Plus and it constantly drops the sound and starts playing the music very quietly so I'm having to reconnect constantly. A verry persistent problem which hasn't been resolved by any of the company's updates

GBIf 10 stars existed as a score, they’d get it!! I wish I could give this product and company 10 stars!! My initial delivery had a slight issue (through no one’s fault) and when I contacted customer service, I not only received a replacement without difficulty but also a follow up email to check all was well. So thoughtful in the modern age! The headphones themselves are fantastic! I’ve tried Apple, Bose and various others and I will never turn back from Soundcore now. Fantastic company!

GBPleasantly surprised by this lot Pleasantly surprised by this lot. 40 quid for headphones as an interim whilst I get my AirPods fixed and wondering now why I spent 200+ on those when the sound quality and battery life is so good on these. Recommend.
