Delayed Delivery It's been over a month and I still haven't received my purchase. I tried several times to get a simple air pump delivered to the correct address and I only get responses to verify the current address or a generic "thank you for your email" type response. If I started growing and was in need of this item, the plant would have died by now.

Had a question and got a response within a few hours. great customer service. Since getting my hey Abby box I've contacted customer service and got a response back fast.

Overall after buying two of the Hey… Overall after buying two of the Hey Abby boxes I would say the app is horrible. Not user friendly at all. Plus I had an auto seed my first try. I did exactly what the app said trimmed it when I was supposed to. Well, apparently you’re not supposed to trim auto seeds so after 13 weeks and a nice looking plant I had to cut it down because I guess I put too much shock, but I followed that App. So if I was at my overall experience, it would be less than a two.
