delivery being cancelled and change delivery address On the tracking website, my order was shown as would be sent back to the sender. I asked for the reason and wanted to change my delivery address. The service was really good. They respond fast and give you the answer directly!

Very disappointing quality I ordered one of the cases, which took 3 weeks to arrive, after only using it for about 3 months the case design has already started to peel off! Considering how expensive they are, you would never expect them to deteriorate so quickly. They weren't interested in exchanging or replacing. Probably best to save your money and go somewhere else. I won't be buying from them again.

DHL is way too expensive and the product itself I already a good amount of money, totally worth it of course! But if we could have more options on who we chose to make the delivery even if it takes a lil more to arrive, it would be a good improvement! :))

My case design rubbed off from regular use and the pink sides look dirty and I tried everything to clean it but it is permanently stained from being inside my leather purse. (Nothing else has ever gotten stained including my white skull candy headphones I put in there everyday. 0/10 customer service. 0/10 products.

Castify site was easy to use and very user friendly Castify site was easy to use and maneuver through, very user friendly. I even was able to have my own picture uploaded to create my personal style without issue. If you're on the fence about using Castify, don't hesitate. The product is extremely well made as advertised and is the perfect fit for my iPhone.
