CAdelivery being cancelled and change delivery address On the tracking website, my order was shown as would be sent back to the sender. I asked for the reason and wanted to change my delivery address. The service was really good. They respond fast and give you the answer directly!

GBI never received an email confirmation… I never received an email confirmation nor tracking info. This order was placed on April 13th. I’ve written 3 emails and have not heard anything back. I ended up purchasing another pro max 13 case today 4/27 because I have not heard anything. Please cancel and refund this order placed on 4/13.

AUCustomer Service I typically don’t like ordering things online cause I always find a way to do it wrong. And in this case I totally screwed up my order and ordered the wrong size case for my laptop. I sent an email and I got the loveliest reply who kindly refunded me the money for the case and even offered for me to choose different items and she would fix it for me. GBAmazing Durability There’s always many different options and with these cases my phone has stayed intact against my toddler. This time around I got the screen protector too and I have really high hopes after the protection the cases offer. Would 10/10 recommend!!
