Very disappointing quality I ordered one of the cases, which took 3 weeks to arrive, after only using it for about 3 months the case design has already started to peel off! Considering how expensive they are, you would never expect them to deteriorate so quickly. They weren't interested in exchanging or replacing. Probably best to save your money and go somewhere else. I won't be buying from them again.

delivery being cancelled and change delivery address On the tracking website, my order was shown as would be sent back to the sender. I asked for the reason and wanted to change my delivery address. The service was really good. They respond fast and give you the answer directly!

I never received an email confirmation… I never received an email confirmation nor tracking info. This order was placed on April 13th. I’ve written 3 emails and have not heard anything back. I ended up purchasing another pro max 13 case today 4/27 because I have not heard anything. Please cancel and refund this order placed on 4/13.
