CAdelivery being cancelled and change delivery address On the tracking website, my order was shown as would be sent back to the sender. I asked for the reason and wanted to change my delivery address. The service was really good. They respond fast and give you the answer directly!

TWProbably the slowest shipping ever Probably the slowest shipping ever, comparing to Taobao or other platforms, Casetify is really super slow. Also the tracking website is not accessible, don’t understand how we can track? We paid a lot of money for the products, so please do better with your logistics.

THIt's complicated to use promotion or… It's complicated to use promotion or login and when i pay with promtpay already it isn't change the page for continue!! AUCustomer Service I typically don’t like ordering things online cause I always find a way to do it wrong. And in this case I totally screwed up my order and ordered the wrong size case for my laptop. I sent an email and I got the loveliest reply who kindly refunded me the money for the case and even offered for me to choose different items and she would fix it for me.
