DHL is way too expensive and the product itself I already a good amount of money, totally worth it of course! But if we could have more options on who we chose to make the delivery even if it takes a lil more to arrive, it would be a good improvement! :))

Probably the slowest shipping ever Probably the slowest shipping ever, comparing to Taobao or other platforms, Casetify is really super slow. Also the tracking website is not accessible, don’t understand how we can track? We paid a lot of money for the products, so please do better with your logistics.

Very disappointing quality I ordered one of the cases, which took 3 weeks to arrive, after only using it for about 3 months the case design has already started to peel off! Considering how expensive they are, you would never expect them to deteriorate so quickly. They weren't interested in exchanging or replacing. Probably best to save your money and go somewhere else. I won't be buying from them again.
