Excellent doorbell & chime system The product (doorbell + chime) is excellent --- once set up ! Unfortunately the instructions failed to say that the chime device needed to be added before the doorbell was added to the system. One of it's biggest selling points is not to have an annual subscription (as per Ring) to view recorded data. All data is stored on an SD card fitted in the chime. Ring stores its data remotely and you pay a subscription fee in order to view the video records.

Even though the Homebase was out of stock when ordered in a bundle I was updated often with delivery. The E340 series is a great system to have. Having separate storage which does not cost extra was what won Eufy over for me.
