DEIts important to know Its important to know, that at first you have to start with the set up on the telephone before doing the cameras. Also I could not find anything about the coverage (range) of the camera. At first I have placed the camera to fare away of the garage door and the alarm did not activate.

GBSuch a waste of money doesn't seem to… Such a waste of money doesn't seem to hover anything up not sure what's up with it, changd my review as the company went above and beyond to refund me which I've never experienced from any other company, even checked in to make sure I have received it... so yeah well done

ESGreat value and great camera With a £40 discount the price was too good to miss. Camera arrived quickly and well packaged. Downloading the Eufy and app connecting to the WiFi was simplicity itself. Installation of the camera and sloar panel was very straightforward. Been installed for a couple of weeks and working faultlessly. Picture resolution is clear and precise. Controls give good flexibility in the area covered. Will buy again.

GBExcellent doorbell & chime system The product (doorbell + chime) is excellent --- once set up ! Unfortunately the instructions failed to say that the chime device needed to be added before the doorbell was added to the system. One of it's biggest selling points is not to have an annual subscription (as per Ring) to view recorded data. All data is stored on an SD card fitted in the chime. Ring stores its data remotely and you pay a subscription fee in order to view the video records.

GBDefective S330 eufyCams I purchased several S330 eufyCams in October 2022. These have a solar panel built in and are designed to be used outdoors. The connect to the Eufy hub via WiFi. The theory is the sun charges the unit so you never have to. Fast forward 18 months and the solar panel has stopped working (the camera itself still functions). To be clear, I live in England - the unit was not subject to harsh conditions, chemicals or anything that would cause premature failure. Eufy support have refused to replace the defective unit citing expired warranty period. In other words, Eufy think a lifespan of 18 months is acceptable for a £450 security camera. -- UPDATE Eufy customer support have reversed their decision and have now agreed to replace the defective camera. Not clear if this was in response to my email to their UK General Manager. Unfortunate initial response, but I guess all's well that ends well.
