Thank you for fantastic customer service I had a great experience with this company. I had ordered a hybrid robovac which was too tall to fit underneath the furniture where I wanted it to clean also. I only realised this after unwrapping. I decided to return it to purchase a G40 robovac instead, which is less tall. Before I ordered the G40 I contacted customer service to return the hybrid, which was very easy and a full refund was issued promptly after receipt of the returned product. Very happy with that process. Meanwhile I have received the G40 robovac, which works a treat and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for fantastic customer service

Defective S330 eufyCams I purchased several S330 eufyCams in October 2022. These have a solar panel built in and are designed to be used outdoors. The connect to the Eufy hub via WiFi. The theory is the sun charges the unit so you never have to. Fast forward 18 months and the solar panel has stopped working (the camera itself still functions). To be clear, I live in England - the unit was not subject to harsh conditions, chemicals or anything that would cause premature failure. Eufy support have refused to replace the defective unit citing expired warranty period. In other words, Eufy think a lifespan of 18 months is acceptable for a £450 security camera. -- UPDATE Eufy customer support have reversed their decision and have now agreed to replace the defective camera. Not clear if this was in response to my email to their UK General Manager. Unfortunate initial response, but I guess all's well that ends well.

Beware of where you buy…… and who from Two problems experienced at the same time, eufy indoor camera malfunction and battery doorbell camera defect, both well within warranty. Eventually….. camera replaced once eufy realised it was purchased from them via eBay. However, doorbell purchased through third party supplier, again on eBay. I have been dealing with eufy over this since 1st March, lost count of emails and got nowhere apart from being offered VIP 25% discount to repurchase. However, eufy discounts available all the time so no big deal. Concept of no subscription good, kit looks good, easy to use when it works. However, like others, find devices are unreliable, warranty not fulfilled without clauses and customer services is shambolic. Buyer beware !

Overall I am happy with the cameras Overall I am happy with the cameras but there are a couple of points that could be improved. On the positive side they are easy to install and set up and work perfectly with my wi-fi and chosen location even though they don't get direct sunlight for more than a few hours. The plastic mounting brackets are difficult to tighten as the smooth plastic doesn't grip well. The frame rate of the camera is set at 15 fps and I would like to have the option to manually set a higher rate and record in 4K if the connection allows. I would also like to be able to only receive notifications if the face is not recognised.

Excellent doorbell & chime system The product (doorbell + chime) is excellent --- once set up ! Unfortunately the instructions failed to say that the chime device needed to be added before the doorbell was added to the system. One of it's biggest selling points is not to have an annual subscription (as per Ring) to view recorded data. All data is stored on an SD card fitted in the chime. Ring stores its data remotely and you pay a subscription fee in order to view the video records.
