Installation of the cameras were straightforward. Been installed for a couple of Months and working well Picture resolution is clear. App gives good choice of settings. I like how you can use wi-fi for the base station allowing you to place it between both cameras allowing for better wi-fi signal between the cameras and only picking up humans during daytime.

Great alternative to Ring video doorbell The video doorbell is working well and no need for paid subscription to have access to video recordings. The device was shipped quickly. Great customer service from purchase to… Great customer service from purchase to aftercare. Eufy responded quickly to queries raised. Even though the Homebase was out of stock when ordered in a bundle I was updated often with delivery. The E340 series is a great system to have. Having separate storage which does not cost extra was what won Eufy over for me.
