GBI work at an Elementary School and we… I work at an Elementary School and we were having issues finding radios that would reach through out the school with out breaking up or no reception at all. I called Two Way Direct and Christian helped me choose the ones that would work with out all the hassle. We have been using these radios for about a week and they are AMAZING! GBI ordered the single charger and a… I ordered the single charger and a battery. Upon arrival the charger came with no electrical cord. I would think the charger would come with an ac adapter charging cord. Unacceptable business practices!

GBAwful Awful, I got sent the wrong part safter waiting 2 weeks and trying to get them to fix the problem is like pulling teeth. Customer service is not very good never even called me back after 2 messages I had to reach out multiple times. ***ITS NOW 9/26 and still have not seen the correct items, Buy them ANYWHERE ELSE ****

GBExcellent service and fast delivery I ordered a receiving earpiece compatible with work radio. It was delivered very fast ... like 4 days. And it works very well. Before I struggled to understand most conversation over the radio, but now I can hear everything clearly.
