These guys are your source for your communication needs. 100% For me, it was a pleasure from the time I dialed the number to the moment I hung up. I was given the best customer service by everyone, but specifically shouting out Ari Castellanos in the Service Department. This guys knows his stuff and is patient enough to deliver it in layman terms. It’s scary to make a huge ($$$) purchase and be left in the dark troubleshooting issues with a thick paper manual and huge amounts of misinformation online. Ari listened to my issues, solved my problems, and prepared me for potential scenarios and how to troubleshoot those as well- saving me a future call I’m sure !! Two-Direct has a great team and very competitive pricing. I’m never shopping anywhere else!!

GBI ordered the single charger and a… I ordered the single charger and a battery. Upon arrival the charger came with no electrical cord. I would think the charger would come with an ac adapter charging cord. Unacceptable business practices!

DOCan improve Everything went well without any mayor problems, but the site interface is kinda lackluster and poorly executed. I even thought I got scammed since there wasn’t any notification about the delay. An overhaul in the way the orders are presented and adding more ways to pay will be very important.
