USAwful Awful, I got sent the wrong part safter waiting 2 weeks and trying to get them to fix the problem is like pulling teeth. Customer service is not very good never even called me back after 2 messages I had to reach out multiple times. ***ITS NOW 9/26 and still have not seen the correct items, Buy them ANYWHERE ELSE ****

USI work at an Elementary School and we… I work at an Elementary School and we were having issues finding radios that would reach through out the school with out breaking up or no reception at all. I called Two Way Direct and Christian helped me choose the ones that would work with out all the hassle. We have been using these radios for about a week and they are AMAZING! I strongly recommend this company!!

USMade on Line order for battery charger Made on Line order for battery charger, then made on line order for Earpiece, filled out ACH transaction info, emailed sales same person each time, got reply back , then just wait and wait got reply sales girl out sick , still on wait, wait , and then a request to Rate their ability to sell and ship ! Two Months ongoing just gave up .

USFrustrated customer takes business elsewhere "Working" with Aaron has been incredibly frustrating. Extremely slow in responding (days, not hours between responses) , and doesn't do what he tells me he is going to do. We've given up on using two way direct. RadioDepot.com has got much better prices, and their customer service is what you would expect, not the lack of that defines our experience with two way direct.
