USAwesome experience Awesome experience. The process was relatively quick and simple. I got to the ecoATM, unlocked my old phone, followed the instructions, and got the option to withdraw the phone's value in cash (PayPal was also an option). The value for the damaged phone was much higher than I anticipated (and yes, I was honest about it's condition). All in all, I definitely recommend ecoATM for anyone who has a used or damaged phone (I imagine the more functional, the better).

USThe main issue I had was that I could… The main issue I had was that I could have gotten more for the phone but the cord and the AT was broken and it would not read the phone and see that it was powered on so I had to settle for $70 less than what I could have had. The other minute everything was easy and I was pleased

USI liked that it was quick and easy..... I liked that it was quick and easy I just think I should have gotten at least half the price of the phone that is the only reason why I rated it 4 stars or it would have been a solid 5star rating

USCompany sent payment wrong person even… Company sent payment wrong person even though they were notified of mistake of wrong number given. Payment had not been processed I was given false information and product was taken from me and never got money.
