Great customer service! I called when my order had not shipped. A lady actually answered the phone right away! She told me the radios where delayed and to check back at a later date. Then not long after I spoke to her, I got an email from a “Billy” from the same company. He found a solution and I received my radios within a week! This was a great customer service experience in a world where customer service no longer exist. I’m extremely pleased.

Ordered 2 radios mid-June Ordered 2 radios mid-June. It's been 2 months. No order acknowledgement or update. However, my cc was charged at POS. A simple update from Customer Service would be great. I am a purchaser and have never experienced this level of CS before. Need to move on and request a full refund!!!!

Great communication When we needed to add more walkie talkies to our Centre, the current ones were discontinued. With quick communication, we were able to get new ones that are compatible with ours and they came to us preset and arrived the next business day.

Looking for great quality retail radios for affordable price! I was looking for the best radios for my employees to utilize and one of your employees, Adrianne Alverson, assisted me in every way possible. She was very understanding and stuck with me the entire time and answered every question I had. We had a lot of laughs through our conversation, and she made it a very pleasing experience. Wonderful employee and it is great to know there are still good people out there willing to help others.
