GBKnowledgeable, Helpful, great customer service We had ordered some radios on Amazon to supplement the ones we're already using in our warehouse. They had been on backorder everywhere for months and we were desperate for new radios. I called and spoke to Billy asking if they had anything in stock that could work. I sent a text it was After hours and i was not expecting a response right away. There was one. The response was wonderful: we are spending time with our families..... then there were answers to my inquiries. The radio came within days. Thank you for the human touch and stellar service. GBI received the correct product I received the correct product. The only thing I would have liked better is if my order status would have been updated with shipping details. I now have 2 since I ordered a second one from a different supplier and they both arrived the same day.

GBOrdered 2 radios mid-June Ordered 2 radios mid-June. It's been 2 months. No order acknowledgement or update. However, my cc was charged at POS. A simple update from Customer Service would be great. I am a purchaser and have never experienced this level of CS before. Need to move on and request a full refund!!!!
