GBI received the correct product I received the correct product. The only thing I would have liked better is if my order status would have been updated with shipping details. I now have 2 since I ordered a second one from a different supplier and they both arrived the same day.

GBThe two pack of Midland radios were…used The two pack of Midland radios were obviously used. Each radio had a sticker with a persons name attached to it and the radios and accessories were just thrown in the box. I have been promise new radios but have not seen the replacements yet. This has been over Thanksgiving so I’ll wait until late next week before starting my email campaign.

They had been on backorder everywhere for months and we were desperate for new radios. I called and spoke to Billy asking if they had anything in stock that could work. GBDiscontinued items Selected radios i wanted online that were in stock and paid for them. Then was informed that they were discontinued for a long time and would be replaced with radios I didn't want. After emails back and forth with the salesman over several days he found me the radios I wanted. Your website shouldn't sell merchandise that you discontinued.
