Avoid Avoid I left a review and their reply was as if they had no clue what was happening although they well very well aware they had failed not only to deliver the item, communicate any delays and cancellations but also failed to do the refund which they had suggested. I tried following up the refund but to this day I’m not sure it’s done. Reported them for fraud so got my money back from the bank but definitely not getting anything from them again and all should avoid.

Cannot get a refund from them Ordered a spare set of earbuds from them via OnBuy. Arrived late so I have been trying to return them for a refund. They have ZERO interest in complying... its a shell UK company whose accounts show no turnover, no capital, no shares and no value, owned, supposedly by a 79 year old Chinese guy who lives in Hong Kong. They show no sign of complying with UK consumer law.

I wouldn't order again I ordered online as we all do ,and needed replacement urgently as existing phone broken . Received email stating I would receive information of delivery. I received nothing. I wrote three emails and called the mobile number listed . Nothing!! In fairness. After ,seven days phone arrived. However the stress of thinking I'd been scammed and zero communication would stop me ever ordering again.

Genuine Seller I was a little hesitant to order from here as it was so much cheaper than everywhere else, but I thought it worth the risk for the price. My order arrived within the timeframe given (though I didn't get a dispatched notification until I'd already received the parcel) and the item was genuine. I ordered a tablet, and looking at the packaging I would guess it was a Chinese import that was opened and had it's language settings changed to English before getting new security seals on it, but I was able to register it with Samsung without any problems and it's still working perfectly fine a month later.
