Best price and fast delivery I ordered a pair of Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones because Miagadget had the most competitive price anywhere! I pleased the order in the very early hours on Friday 2nd February 2024. The order instructions stated it would take 6-8 days so I prepared patiently for the wait. Lo and behold I was pleasantly surprised with the headphones arriving on Wednesday 7th February. So 3 working days from the order being placed! Thank you very much Miagadget for a positive experience, incredible price, and a wonderful product. Thumbs up and highly recommended.

Ipad 2022 Ipad 2022 - received after nearly 2 weeks. Brand new in its box and much cheaper than elsewhere. Could have been a bit quicker in processing the order but overall happy with the product and experience.

Customer service number doesn't work… Customer service number doesn't work and have had no response from email support for 2 weeks. I bought an ipad from Miagadet and the Royal Mail delivered it poking out of our inbox on a busy street (from the look of the proof of delivery picture). It's nowhere to be seen and I need Miagadget to take the issue up with Royal Mail and give me my money back. But heard absolutely nothing from them - feel like I've been scammed! Great price. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, phone Did a lot of reseach, on the Galaxy S23 Ultra, mobile phone, including many many websites, comparing prices. Found Miagadget beat their competitors hands down on price. I emailed them to ask if the Samsung Galaxy would work in the U.K, as some reviewers on another well known website said it didn`t. Had a very quick reply, within twenty-four hours to say it would. The phone came very quickly, well within the eight days given for delivery. Very well packaged as well. I must admit, not having heard of this company before, I was very sceptical that it might have been a scam. O.K so the phone number doesn`t work, which is VERY annoying, but to give them their due, emails are very quickly answered. I am very happy about the ordering, delivery and customer service, so will order again from them, when needed

I wouldn't order again I ordered online as we all do ,and needed replacement urgently as existing phone broken . Received email stating I would receive information of delivery. I received nothing. I wrote three emails and called the mobile number listed . Nothing!! In fairness. After ,seven days phone arrived. However the stress of thinking I'd been scammed and zero communication would stop me ever ordering again.
