Customer service number doesn't work… Customer service number doesn't work and have had no response from email support for 2 weeks. I bought an ipad from Miagadet and the Royal Mail delivered it poking out of our inbox on a busy street (from the look of the proof of delivery picture). It's nowhere to be seen and I need Miagadget to take the issue up with Royal Mail and give me my money back. But heard absolutely nothing from them - feel like I've been scammed! Genuine Seller I was a little hesitant to order from here as it was so much cheaper than everywhere else, but I thought it worth the risk for the price. My order arrived within the timeframe given (though I didn't get a dispatched notification until I'd already received the parcel) and the item was genuine. I ordered a tablet, and looking at the packaging I would guess it was a Chinese import that was opened and had it's language settings changed to English before getting new security seals on it, but I was able to register it with Samsung without any problems and it's still working perfectly fine a month later.

I ordered a smartphone from them after… I ordered a smartphone from them after 8 working days the order it's still processing...I text them by email no response ...I try to call them ,the number it's not ringing , no costumer service at all do not exist I understood I have been scammed.. now when I'm reading so many bad reviews I have no doubt ! Do not order from this website you will be scamed and not refunded , probably the positive reviews must be written by them or their group of scammers! It's incredible how many people losted their money and theses guys still there on Internet like a legal company! Update: the phone has arrived after 2 weeks without any notifications!

Best price and fast delivery I ordered a pair of Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones because Miagadget had the most competitive price anywhere! I pleased the order in the very early hours on Friday 2nd February 2024. The order instructions stated it would take 6-8 days so I prepared patiently for the wait. Lo and behold I was pleasantly surprised with the headphones arriving on Wednesday 7th February. So 3 working days from the order being placed! Thank you very much Miagadget for a positive experience, incredible price, and a wonderful product. Thumbs up and highly recommended.
