Cannot get a refund from them Ordered a spare set of earbuds from them via OnBuy. Arrived late so I have been trying to return them for a refund. They have ZERO interest in complying... its a shell UK company whose accounts show no turnover, no capital, no shares and no value, owned, supposedly by a 79 year old Chinese guy who lives in Hong Kong. They show no sign of complying with UK consumer law.

I ordered a smartphone from them after… I ordered a smartphone from them after 8 working days the order it's still processing...I text them by email no response ...I try to call them ,the number it's not ringing , no costumer service at all do not exist I understood I have been scammed.. now when I'm reading so many bad reviews I have no doubt ! Do not order from this website you will be scamed and not refunded , probably the positive reviews must be written by them or their group of scammers! It's incredible how many people losted their money and theses guys still there on Internet like a legal company! Update: the phone has arrived after 2 weeks without any notifications!

Great options, great prices Really good options, and very good prices! I was looking for 2 newer mobile telephones. I had undertaken lots of research to be clear as to what I wanted, and I took time into looking at a whole range of different providers. Miagadget had the best prices, but also gave full details about the spec etc. Their web pages are well laid out and give great detail. Competitive and informative, that's how to be outstanding.

I wouldn't order again I ordered online as we all do ,and needed replacement urgently as existing phone broken . Received email stating I would receive information of delivery. I received nothing. I wrote three emails and called the mobile number listed . Nothing!! In fairness. After ,seven days phone arrived. However the stress of thinking I'd been scammed and zero communication would stop me ever ordering again.
