I ordered a smartphone from them after… I ordered a smartphone from them after 8 working days the order it's still processing...I text them by email no response ...I try to call them ,the number it's not ringing , no costumer service at all do not exist I understood I have been scammed.. now when I'm reading so many bad reviews I have no doubt ! Do not order from this website you will be scamed and not refunded , probably the positive reviews must be written by them or their group of scammers! It's incredible how many people losted their money and theses guys still there on Internet like a legal company! Update: the phone has arrived after 2 weeks without any notifications!

Ipad 2022 Ipad 2022 - received after nearly 2 weeks. Brand new in its box and much cheaper than elsewhere. Could have been a bit quicker in processing the order but overall happy with the product and experience.

Customer service number doesn't work… Customer service number doesn't work and have had no response from email support for 2 weeks. I bought an ipad from Miagadet and the Royal Mail delivered it poking out of our inbox on a busy street (from the look of the proof of delivery picture). It's nowhere to be seen and I need Miagadget to take the issue up with Royal Mail and give me my money back. But heard absolutely nothing from them - feel like I've been scammed! I wouldn't order again I ordered online as we all do ,and needed replacement urgently as existing phone broken . Received email stating I would receive information of delivery. I received nothing. I wrote three emails and called the mobile number listed . Nothing!! In fairness. After ,seven days phone arrived. However the stress of thinking I'd been scammed and zero communication would stop me ever ordering again.

phone arrived after a week, box sealed daughter's new phone arrived this afternoon, about a week after ordering. I can't remember the exact order date as I have received no email confirmation or shipping information (otherwise 5 stars) but credit card transaction was dated 15/3/2024. parcel well wrapped and phone has factory seal, great value
