USThis company has horrible customer… This company has horrible customer service. Been waiting over a week for my phone. That has been in the same state for the distribution center. Refuses to refund my money even after numerous emails, asking to do so. Avoid company at all cost.

USNever received my item Never received my item. Tracking number I was given is fake. Order placed 4/11, package has been sitting in Brooklyn DHL for over two weeks "awaiting processing". Good thing I used PayPal.

CAI wish I could give negative stars. I wish I could give negative stars. Stay away from this company. I ordered a phone case payed for the 2-3 day shipping. I never received it. Through DHL and tracking it and was at a stand still for 3 days. DHL waiting for the item. Contact Punkcase and giving my a run around. Stating because I live outside of the US could take 4-6 weeks. Not on there website does it state that. Thank good I went through PayPal, I filed a case against Punkcase and I received my full refund right away. Thank you PayPal. STAY AWAY. good luck if you still try them you may get lucky and have a good experience. I would also like to add, after receiving my refund I searched on Amazon and I actually found the exact same case for 60 dollars cheaper. I guess it was a Happy ending after all!
