GBThis company has poor customer service This company has poor customer service. I ordered a certain color and the wrong color. Said the one they sent was the one I ordered wrong. I ordered another one same thing wrong color. I emailed this and got no response.

GBItems that do not work Ordered a phone case for my son, Witt an attached wallet on the reverse of case. Described as fully mag safe but it wasn’t. Customer services did reply and offered 20% off. When I wanted to return item, they said put in the post box and say ‘return to sender ‘. I’m out of pocket and would not recommend this web site.

NZNeeds less than 1 star Needs less than 1 star. Website disguised as a New Zealand website, so assumed the item would be shipped domestically. Took two weeks to arrive and it was from the US. On opening, was the incorrect case. When contacted, they sent automated responses and wanted me to cover the cost of sending the item back to either get an exchange for the correct order or a refund.. What a ridiculous company. The case I received looked like rubbish. I think it’s part of their ploy to send out wrong items knowing a majority of people will not send it back as the consumer is expected to pay the shipping. This can’t be legal?!

GBHilarious Hilarious. Like many other people here I received the wrong colour, but I'm not going to waste my time (and emissions) trying to send it back to the US. The case hasn't broken yet so I'm giving it three stars. Watch this space.
