Unbelievable! Unbelievable! The Punk Case is the best! I live in Victoria, Australia. I took my dogs to the beach and was knee-deep in the sea. At some point, I lost my iPhone in its waterproof Punk Case. After searching for an hour, I gave up, without having found my phone. Five hours later, once the tide had gone out, I went back searching - there was my phone, in a rock-pool, still covered with water. I grabbed it, not really hopeful, but I pressed the on-button, and instantly it worked! Not only that, everything worked as normal: Camera, volume, battery charge! This company has horrible customer… This company has horrible customer service. Been waiting over a week for my phone. That has been in the same state for the distribution center. Refuses to refund my money even after numerous emails, asking to do so. Avoid company at all cost.
