This company has horrible customer… This company has horrible customer service. Been waiting over a week for my phone. That has been in the same state for the distribution center. Refuses to refund my money even after numerous emails, asking to do so. Avoid company at all cost.

Problem is people can't hear or understand me when talking on my phone.im at a loss what to do I like the case but I also would like to have good communication on my phone. Unbelievable! Unbelievable! The Punk Case is the best! I live in Victoria, Australia. I took my dogs to the beach and was knee-deep in the sea. At some point, I lost my iPhone in its waterproof Punk Case. After searching for an hour, I gave up, without having found my phone. Five hours later, once the tide had gone out, I went back searching - there was my phone, in a rock-pool, still covered with water. I grabbed it, not really hopeful, but I pressed the on-button, and instantly it worked! Not only that, everything worked as normal: Camera, volume, battery charge! What a brilliant, waterproof phone case! Thank you Punk Case - I shall never buy any other case but Punk Case

Deceptive web site poor customer service Ordered a case from PunkCase UK web site 2 weeks ago. Tracking shows it us coming from USA. Have contacted PunkCase to get an update. Their attitude "We've posted it via DHL not our problem" The case had better be good when (If?) it arrives
