I wish I could give negative stars. I wish I could give negative stars. Stay away from this company. I ordered a phone case payed for the 2-3 day shipping. I never received it. Through DHL and tracking it and was at a stand still for 3 days. DHL waiting for the item. Contact Punkcase and giving my a run around. Stating because I live outside of the US could take 4-6 weeks. Not on there website does it state that. Thank good I went through PayPal, I filed a case against Punkcase and I received my full refund right away. Thank you PayPal. STAY AWAY. good luck if you still try them you may get lucky and have a good experience. I would also like to add, after receiving my refund I searched on Amazon and I actually found the exact same case for 60 dollars cheaper. I guess it was a Happy ending after all!

Punkcase has a variety of products Punkcase has a variety of products. My first has stood up to punishment very well. However, the little tiny tab to pull the charging cover open just broke off. It's a highly susceptible tab. Overall I'm very pleased with the construction.

Needs less than 1 star Needs less than 1 star. Website disguised as a New Zealand website, so assumed the item would be shipped domestically. Took two weeks to arrive and it was from the US. On opening, was the incorrect case. When contacted, they sent automated responses and wanted me to cover the cost of sending the item back to either get an exchange for the correct order or a refund.. What a ridiculous company. The case I received looked like rubbish. I think it’s part of their ploy to send out wrong items knowing a majority of people will not send it back as the consumer is expected to pay the shipping. This can’t be legal?!

Hilarious Hilarious. Like many other people here I received the wrong colour, but I'm not going to waste my time (and emissions) trying to send it back to the US. The case hasn't broken yet so I'm giving it three stars. Watch this space.
