This company has horrible customer… This company has horrible customer service. Been waiting over a week for my phone. That has been in the same state for the distribution center. Refuses to refund my money even after numerous emails, asking to do so. Avoid company at all cost.

Problem is people can't hear or understand me when talking on my phone.im at a loss what to do I like the case but I also would like to have good communication on my phone. This company has poor customer service This company has poor customer service. I ordered a certain color and the wrong color. Said the one they sent was the one I ordered wrong. I ordered another one same thing wrong color. I emailed this and got no response.

Absolutely love this product Absolutely love this product. I did run into an issue and it stopped charging for some reason. I e-mailed to ask if there was anything that they could do about it. I got an almost immediate response with a tracking # for a new unit to be sent out. No questions asked. I highly recommend and trust this company.
