refund communication issues Unable to fix my kindle fire problem and I had to make several calls to get refund that was promised. From placing this review I was finally contacted from someone with refund details which is much appreciated. People here seem really good and friendly but I didn't love the way the refund was treated initially. I may try them again yet though for a samsung galaxy 5 issue - nervous because a kindle fix is one thing and your cell phone is on a whole other level. Still deciding.

Screen Repair Although I had purchased a phone case for my daughter she dropped her phone and cracked the screen. (of course) After researching many companies I decided to send it to Mission Repair based on the length of time they have been in business and the number of positive reviews. I was not disappointed, phone was returned as promised and as I was under constant pressure of when the phone would be returned! I wish I was local as they can fix within an hour, I wish that would have been an option for me!!! Don't normally leave feedback but thought I should as I am sure others are or have been in the same boat!

Saved my phone Thanks to Mission Repair for repairing my LG G2, whose screen was no match for the tile floor in my office. The original replacement screen was defective, so customer service called right away to tell me about the delay. My phone came back good as new, and this spared me the major expense of replacing the device. Thanks!
