GBEasy and Effective. When our puggle stole the rubbery green cover from my wife's iPad mini, she cracked the glass by accident. Mission Repair was recommended by a local tech repair shop because they don't do screen repair anymore. We had a wonderful experience with them. Staff is helpful if you call with questions and the site makes it very easy to track your order's progress. Our iPad mini came back in fine shape and all is well. Hopefully we'll never need Mission Repair again, but if we do then we know that we'll get the best help possible.

GBThey did what it took. Sometimes you don't know how good a company is until something goes wrong. I sent in a tablet for repair, and a bunch went wrong, I don't blame Mission Repair for the problems, but I will say, without a doubt, they bent over backward to make sure all the problems were solved to my satisfaction. If the need arises again I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

GBImpressed by Mission Repair's service I have a Samsung Galaxy Note II that had been dropped on a rock, then further damaged by my taking it apart. I am very impressed by how expertly, and quickly, the techs at Mission Repair fixed everything and at the (reasonable) quoted price. Great job guys. If I am in need of any other repairs in the future, I will definitely contact you first.

GBAll Grins Mission:Repair did a great job on my ipod 4 repair. You have to look close and know what you''re looking for to ever know it has been repaired. Works like new. Repair was done and shipped within 24 hours. LieEx really dropped the ball, though. Mission:Repair earned my future business. LieEx-- well you're on your own- without me!!! I forgot to thank Wade at Mission:Repair. Every time I called, he had the ball. He ALWAYS took ownership of my concerns and got answers fast. He was always polite and professional. Wade I'm sorry if I let my 'shippers fury' into my conversational attitude. Either way, you handled it like a pro. Mucho Kudos!!!
