Fast delivery and excellent customer service Neither my current mobile phone nor my wife's will work in Paris, so rather than having them both unlocked and buying new sim cards for them, I ordered two cell phones from Eurobuzz. They arrived very quickly with a handful plug adapters for the various European countries. When I had a few questions about how to use the phones, my e mails to customer service were answered in a matter of hours.

Traveling to Europe knowing you have a phone for emergencies, and not getting ripped off. I'm traveling to France with my 92 year old father and siblings for D-Day Events in Normandy. I looked into my AT&T iPhone plan and read online opinions. If you don't have your settings in airplane mode, and set just right, people were getting $500-$900 surprise bills when they got home. Good news and not-so-good news about Eurobuzz The good news is that my Eurobuzz phone was easy to order and arrived promptly and was easy to set up and worked very well in the UK. The not-so-good news is that my calls consistently dropped when I dialed from the bus-stop area at Dublin airport and there were quite a few areas in Ireland where I could not get any service at all. That said, I'm still open to, and looking forward to trying my Eurobuzz phone in other locations in Europe.

Cheap and Easy to Use! Eurobuzz was recommended to me by a friend who's daughter was traveling around Europe. I did not want to bring my smartphone over, with fear of data charges and it getting lost, so this seemed like the perfect fit. The website walked me through all of my questions easily, it was extremely affordable, and it also included a complementary international travel adapter pack! I have been pleased with my purchase thus far and would recommend it to any travelers on a budget!

Quick delivery, Wonderful response to email questions, happy with hardware After searching the web for solutions to cell phone while in Europe we decided on EuroBuzz because of the single rate for everything. We received the standard phone (SIM card already installed) plus a second SIM card for a different unlocked phone. Everything seems to work fine. Email response to questions was within 12 hours which is more than acceptable. We expect everything to work well when we get there next month. Couldn't be happier.
